A huge force hit Groudon. Its body was pushed back. It could not stop the attack!
Groudon was using all its power. It did not want to lose to the fish in a physical fight.
But it did not work. Primal Kyogre was much stronger now. Groudon could not stop it.
The Liquidation move broke Groudon's defense. There was a heavy sound. Groudon flew backward. It fell into the sea and made a big splash.
"WUU—! (Haha~ I am the Kyogre that defeated Rayquaza! What can you use to fight me!)"
Primal Kyogre was very happy. It went into the sea and swam toward Groudon.
It did not use its special attacks. It wanted to hit Groudon with its body. It was going to enjoy this!

Primal Kyogre had a plan. It would not stop until Groudon's stomach was full of water.

This was the Weather Institute. It was a research center west of Fortree City. They studied the weather in Hoenn.
The director of the institute looked very upset. He asked his workers.
