When the machine's energy ran out, Armored Mewtwo stopped its psychic power. Inside the container, a humanoid Pokémon stood tall.
It looked like an alien. Its arms were two orange and blue tentacles. On its chest was a green crystal gem.
Deoxys! It was awake!
"It actually succeeded?!"
Professor Lund looked at the Deoxys in shock. It looked almost exactly like the one he saw four years ago.
But there was a difference. The one from four years ago had a purple crystal gem on its chest. This one had a green one.
"Not bad. It looks like its mind is in good shape too."
Damian looked at this Deoxys—Individual 2—with satisfaction.
Deoxys lowered its head a little. It looked at the three humans in the lab. Then it stopped and looked at Armored Mewtwo.
It had woken up because of the psychic power from this Pokémon. Otherwise, its body would not have recovered completely yet.
Individual 2 nodded to Armored Mewtwo to say thank you.
"..." Armored Mewtwo stayed silent and did not answer.
After saying thanks, Deoxys moved its knees a little. It was getting ready to leave.
"Are you going to look for your partner?" Damian guessed her thoughts.
This Individual 2 Deoxys had a good personality. Individual 1 was also good. But, to find its partner, it had attacked LaRousse City in the movie.
