"Be careful. This Mewtwo is very strong. This is Damian's best Pokémon!"
Steven's face was very serious. He knew that this was Damian's real secret weapon. The Mega Tyranitar from before was only one of Damian's main team members.
"The best?"
Cynthia's eyebrows moved together. She thought about her tired Garchomp. It was very hard for Garchomp to keep fighting. She was surprised that the strong Mega Tyranitar was not even Damian's best Pokémon.
"Damian..." Giovanni put his hurt Nidoking back and used a Nidoqueen.

Nemona did not give up. She believed she could beat Mega Salamence. She had her own pride.
"I told you that you are not good enough, and I meant it."
Zinnia made a clicking sound with her tongue. She looked at the girl from the Paldea region.
"Do you think battles are about numbers? You have more people, but so what?"
Zinnia raised her head. She was calm and confident.
"Steven and the others cannot beat Damian, and you and Brandon cannot beat me!"
"As for Wallace..."
Zinnia smiled. She told Nemona to look at Wallace and Caitlin.
"Why don't you see for yourself?"
Nemona was surprised. She looked toward Wallace's battle. Then her mouth opened in shock. She saw it!
The former Champion of Hoenn was tied up by a strange psychic power. He was floating in the air. He looked very sad and innocent.
This meant Champion Wallace was defeated and captured! Wait, how long had the battle been going? She was just testing the enemy, but Champion Wallace was already tied up.
Wallace saw Nemona looking at him. He was happy.

Cynthia and Steven attacked immediately. White light appeared behind Lucario. It moved very fast toward Armored Mewtwo. Sharp stones appeared in front of Aggron. Giovanni waited so he could help.

Armored Mewtwo's eyes had purple light. It watched Lucario move. Lucario reached Mewtwo's side and tried to hit it. However, Armored Mewtwo raised its hand. A purple psychic wall appeared.

"Lucario!" Cynthia was worried. Was that psychic wall really that hard?

Steven understood the plan. He shouted to Aggron. But the Stone Edge move had already started. The stones shot toward Armored Mewtwo. Lucario was right in front of Mewtwo now. All the stones hit Lucario.
