When they heard these words from Damian, Steven and the others frowned. They were confused.
What did this mean?
"Tyranitar."
"Ban~!"
A wild and loud roar sounded. A giant and scary beast with green armor landed in front of Damian.

Damian had a mean smile. His Key Stone began to shine with a bright light.
The Mega Stone on Tyranitar flashed at the same time. Rays of light shot out from the Key Stone. They matched with the Mega Stone.
Tyranitar's whole body was covered in the bright light of evolution.
"What is this? Tyranitar can actually evolve again?"
Nemona was shocked. She was a top student at Naranja Academy and the new Champion of Paldea, but she was still surprised.
"Incredible," Brandon said. He was also shocked.
"Mega Evolution... is it actually real?"
Steven's face was serious. He had heard rumors about Mega Evolution. But he did not know if they were true.

The light of evolution disappeared. A more scary and amazing beast stood on the ground. It raised its head and roared. It released a very strong and cruel pressure.
Mega Tyranitar!

Damian moved his hand. Tapu Fini floated forward slowly. It stood across from Suicune. Both were on the sides of Mega Tyranitar.
Mega Tyranitar was in the middle.

The Mega Anklet and the Mega Stone worked together. Salamence's body was covered in the bright light of evolution.
"Wow! Salamence can evolve too??"
Nemona was surprised. This was Mega Evolution.
Brandon's face became serious.
"Roar~!"
Mega Salamence's roar sounded in the sky.
Because of Mega Evolution, Mega Salamence's wings became a giant crescent shape. Its body became thinner. Its tail grew long and thin.
"Of course, my current job is a Special Executive of Team Rocket."
Zinnia stood under Mega Salamence. Her old cloak moved in the wind. She looked very brave.
"But neither job matters. Because I will be the winner!"
Zinnia made a proud promise. Brandon's face stayed calm.
"Those are very bold words. But we will not lose to an evil organization!"
Nemona felt very excited. But she knew the opponent was part of an evil group. They had to beat her!

It had a fin on its back that looked like a sword. This was Baxcalibur from Paldea. It was a Dragon and Ice-type.
Salamence is very strong. But it has a four-times weakness to Ice!
Nemona did not use her new team. She used her Champion team from last year.

She was representing the Paldea League. Nemona knew this was important.

Brandon threw his Poké Ball. In a white light, Regirock landed on the ground.
It was the Rock-type giant, Regirock!

She heard a trainer in Hoenn had Regirock. But she did not know him before.
