Nearest exit her weight being easier to hold because of her floating. 'Were almost there!' Jack's determined voice echoed through the halls 'we need to get her to my house' miles pulled out his phone to text his little brother to open the door in 10 minutes.
They got home as quickly as they possible could
And his little brother was standing there is facial expression hard to read but without thinking he took her
To his basement. Then his mom came down stairs to say hello but then gavin came upstairs 'oh hey mrs.crowheart'

Jack grabbed his phone out trying to find the nearest library and once he found it miles grabbed his phone and ran out the house. Then he ran for miles all sweaty and ran into the library and started looking 'folklore folklore'
Then he found it in an old dusty book shelf like it had been there for years and it was slightly falling apart "I found it"

Then he got to his house and his brother opened the door for him and he jump down the flight of stairs 'got it!' And he slam the book on the table 'our only clue 't-t-to finding what this is' his breath ran short then gavin flipped through the book and found the topic on the jester 'a shape shifting entity has many forms and can not be tied to one but it's real name is xenorym and from my knowledge over the years I've found it to have a physical power outside the dream world meaning it could be anywhere even if it's not the actual dreamworld' Gavin read the page outloud.

Rebbeca called out 'find a page about what's happening to her!' Then Gavin started flipping through more pages 'nothing, there's nothing on whatever trance she's in!!'
'Guys I-i-i think someone had to go and get her from the dreamworld!' Rebbeca idea sounded so simple that the others felt stupid for not thinking of it 'one flaw is how do we talk to eachother' jack place his palms to his face and and his palms slid down his face.

And got some sleep medicine in the cabinet and ran back down stairs 'are you kids supposed to be at schoo-' his mom

'Me and gavin will go you and jack stay and monitor us
And to communicate I have a plan if my wounds can affect me even out the dreamworld then my theory should be correct'
Miles drank the sleep medicine then gave it to gavin and then gavin drank it. Then they layed on the floor and after 20 minutes fell asleep and they woke up in dreamworld 'we did it!' Miles then ran to the light 'now time to test my theory' and he messed with the lights and it work it messed
With the lights in real time 'why did we never think of this!'
Meanwhile rebbeca noticed the lights acting up and tapped Jack's shoulder 'you seeing this?' 'It's miles and gavin I guarantee you thats probably his theory the lights!'
Then rebbeca went to the lights and messed with them
'It's them there responding!' Gavin was ecstatic then they sent them a goodbye message through the lights then ran out 'now where's lilac?' As they walked the sun shined on them 'man it's bright!' Gavin put his hands in front of his face. Then they came across the burnt BBQ restaurant but it was perfectly normal again not a burn in scratch and still had the red and black color and huge red lights that said BBQ like it did before it was burnt 'how?' They both squinted they're eyes then rubbed them.
Then walked away 'we need to focu- focus on finding lilac' mile then saw a rustle in bushes
The Connie came out rushing towards them 'HELP!'
'CONNIE!!!!' Then Connie got sent flying by a force and fell to the ground after hitting a another tree bleeding out then a girl with ripped and dirty tattered clothing with brown hair brown eyes and brown but light skinned and dint look much older then them pulled her hand back to her stomach and she limped.
'HOW COULD YOU!!!' Gavin then try to run at her but miles
Stopped him 'tha-thats n-not y-y-your fr-friend' she pointed at connie as her breath got heavier then she fell
To the ground exhausted, but awake. Then Connie
Stood up with a gut stabbing smile 'so my daughter can actually do something' Then it started raining badly then
Connie exploded into a pool of blood then only the jester stood there 'WHAT DID YOU DO TO OUR FRIEND!' Miles clenched his fist as they all became drenched in water.
As the blood got all over them Then jester slowly reached into the darkness and got lilac 'h-h-h-h-help' and he gripped her neck then he laughed menacingly 'if you want her back catch her' he tosses her high in the sky and and then he held his hands out and they teleported to a farm 'AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' Lilac cover eyes ready to die.
Then the girl used her powers and use the force she use to hurt her father to save lilac and she slowly stood up keeping her hand while looking at
Her father then miles caught lilac and ran to the girl same as gavin.
'Who are you and why did you help us?' Gavin asked while looking between her and her dad then miles let lilac down 'I'm V-Valerie' she ran and the other followed 'leaving so soon' jester eviscerated into black smoke then disappeared
Then a random photo was left beside miles and gavin saw it and picked it up 'miles i-is this your family?' Then miles walked up and look at it 'yeah why?' 'Why does it have the jester in the back' miles immediately took the photo and looked at it. 'T-t-that wasn't there before!' The how he got there could not be answered 'it's pointing at your brother'
'Does that mean he's next' miles head was covered in sweat
His hands felt clamp the air felt tight.
Then he saw a bat on the wall of shed as hay filled his shoes he walked over and slowly grabbed the bat.
Then he tossed the bat then caught it 'now that we found lilac we need to find Connie' Then lilac coughed up blood then gavin and miles and Valerie turn to her 'i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i' miles ran up to her and so did the others 'don't speak ok'
Then he picked her up 'Guys let's go to my house and-uhm Valerie if lucky you might show up there' then after a couple minutes they got there 'so you house far from mine'
Valerie made weird hand gestures 'yeah my house far from your house I guess' Then they got there and went to the basement and mess with the lights 'I-I think they got her!' Rebbeca was skeptical but jack went up to them then woke them up.
Then miles gavin and lilac woke up and she fell To the floor
Then rebbeca rush to her and hugged her 'I'm so glad your back' she whisper as tears fell from her face like a water fall. The Same for lilac 'guys we need to go to the hospital to see Connie after lilac recovers' Then after a fews hours they went to the hospital 'don't we need to let his mother know' jacks question being obviously correct 'she knows were his friends so I don't think so' miles then opened the door to the past the front desk and saw he was still in a coma.
'Still hasn't woken up' Gavin sighed.
'Guys we should be getting to school now' jack told the group hoping everyone would listen 'Connie is still in a coma and we know why and you want to go to school instead of helping a friend!' Miles snapped back 'chill man it's under he wants to go back' Gavin put his arm on miles shoulder. Then miles stepped back and put his hands on his head 'I'm sorry I just--I feel helpless at this I can't save any of my friends or even help them' Then he got a call from his mom 'uh sweetie there's a little girl here who says she knows you' Then miles stood up 'oh ok mom' the miles stood there for a minute after closing his phone.
'Valerie is at my house!'Then the all ran like chickens with they're heads cut off trying to get back to miles house
And saw Valerie on the front porch with his mom 'oh hey mom this is my friend valrie and she's here to hang out with me and my other friends' Then he took her inside 'you actually came here' lilac asked 'y-eah' Valerie nodded
'Well nice to meet you Valerie and welcome to the team because you saved our friend it's the least we could do' Gavin shook her hand 'now we need to find Connie' miles looked at the group and they all had determined faces
Then they all said 'yeah'
