Year 737 - Planet Namek.
Two green guys and one white guy were now playing dominoes while sitting down on a picnic table in a namekian village. The two green guys were named Mori and Argo.
And the white man's name was Potei. A 15 year old saiyan, Gine's little brother, Bardock's brother in law and also Kakarot and Raditz's uncle.

Potei was just a random 28 year old man that got truck-kun'ed and thanks to his good karma, he was given the chance to choose to be reincarnated into the world of his choice and choose his starting faction.
He obviously chose to go to the Dragon Ball world and became a Saiyan because the possibility of becoming a super saiyan trumped race extermination.
He already died once so what's one more if he fails. As a guy who was raised on Dragon Ball during childhood, he always wanted to be a super saiyan so if he died again, he'd at least die pursuing his dream so he was fine with it.
He was then reborn as an elite saiyan with a power level of 500 at birth. As he grew up, he would spend his days training and constantly picking fights with stronger saiyans to get sent into a healing tank thus earning him a convalescence period and zenkai boosts so his strength soared. He also did it to get rid of his fear of getting hurt.
Also, Thanks to being perpetually on injury leave, he never got sent to any off-world missions despite having the title of elite saiyan.
Later on, Thanks to his status as an elite Saiyan with a power level of 5000, he had a personal spaceship and thanks to his bribing of spaceship mechanics, he was able to stealthily remove the tracking device from his spaceship making running away from the planet easy. So, on his first off-world mission, he disappeared completely.
He, of course, ran away to planet Namek for the Dragon balls. The ones on Namek were vastly superior to the earth ones since on top of being able to grant 3 wishes instead of one, they also only needed 3 months to recharge unlike earth's dragon balls who needed a whole year.
It has now been nearly a year ever since he arrived to planet namek. After passing the vibe check of Super Kami guru, he got his potential unlocked and was also allowed to freely use the dragon balls.
Argo, the current protector of Guru and currently the stronger warrior on Namek also became his semi-permanent sparring partner because when Guru awakened Potei's potential, his mind was read so Guru was able to learn most of the future events and Potei's identity. So Guru asked Argo to become his sparring partner and help him.
Guru also promised to keep everything a secret because he ain't a snitch and Potei's existence was beneficial to their race's survival.
On another note, Up till now, Potei has made 9 wishes, using all three wishes every time the cooldown period was up.
After learning that he could make a delayed wish, his first wish was that once planet vegeta was about to be destroyed, the pure hearted saiyans on the planet would all be teleported to Namek, near him, because he ain't letting his sister die a dog's death there and also for that sweet Super Saiyan God perk. He explicitly formulated the wish like that so that Off-world saiyans like Goku, Broly and Paragus or Vegeta and his crew don't get teleported. The "near him" part of the wish was to avoid them being randomly scattered around Namek like Piccolo did.
The second wish was a bag of holding with 5 times the capacity of a normal one and that it could only be opened by him and had a return to the owner function to teleport it back to him in case he lost it. The bag's durability was also proportional to the owner's own ki. That size was the limit considering the other functions he asked for.
The third wish was for the bag of holding to be filled to the brim with senzu beans which was more than enough to last him for a lifetime since there around a 50.000 senzu beans in there.
He of course tried to play it slick by wishing for a bag of holding filled with senzu beans therefore using only one wish but Porunga caught onto his schemes so he had no choice but to use two wishes.
Then three months passed and it was time for wishes again.
His fourth wish to awaken Argo's potential like Shenron did to Piccolo in Super Hero because he became way stronger than Argo after his third month on Namek since he used the Zenkai boost/ Senzu bean cheat to boost his Power level considerably so he needed his sparring partner to keep up.
His fifth wish was to be able to access the Oozaru form power increase without Blutz waves or transforming into a giant ape, The Ikari state. The Oozaru form was just a live target with a very obvious weakness in the tail but he wasn't about to give up the Oozaru 10x power boost because he wanted that sweet 500x multiplier super saiyan.
His sixth wish was a gigantic and very advanced spaceship the size of a small town with all the things he would need for training and living including Gravity rooms that goes up to 500G, a huge pantry filled to the brim with meat and other food capable of feeding the entire planet Vegeta's population for a year (because he sure as hell won't be living on Senzu beans only), smaller spaceships to help with exploration and living quarters big enough to house hundreds of people. There is no crew for now so it's mostly just a training station for now. He named it the "Minestrone"
And then another three month passed and it was dragon ball time once again.
His seventh wish was to get all the knowledge necessary to train Yardratian spirit control and all of its derivative techniques because teleportation, cloning, clothes beam and spirit fission were cool.
His eighth wish was to be able to survive in the vacuum of space for obvious reasons.
And his Ninth wish was for Porunga to create a fertile planet teeming with domesticable fauna near Earth's solar system to house the Saiyans once they arrived on Namek because he wasn't planning on staying on Namek forever and the remaining saiyans would need a place to call home.
After nearly a year in Namek, Potei's power level was now 2.4 million. And if he used the Ikari state, he could easily reach 24 million. The maximum gravity he could withstand was around 150. He was also able to control his ki freely since namekians knew how to do it and learned it too.
As for Argo, his power was 1.2 million.
At first, Argo's power was only at 7000 before the potential unlock by porunga. After the potential unlock, he soared directly to 400.000 and was able to keep up with Potei for a few months since he also trained alongside Potei in the gravity room and was able to get stronger too until Potei's strength left him in dust.
Potei also let the other combat type Namekians to use the gravity room to train freely after Guru told them to train too. Among them was a youth named Nail who was able to reach 30.000 power level at just the age of 12 which was the strongest aside from Argo.
Although the Namekians's power level weren't quite up to par to fight Freeza's final form, they had assimilation if push came to shove so Potei wasn't particularly worried about their strength.
As for why he can accurately tell his power level, it's because the Minestrone also had power level detecting machine and unlike the scouters who would explode at around 20.000 power level, the detector actually could measure up to 4.294.967.295, not that he knew the reason why it was such an awkward number.

Potei: Hehehe! And another 33 points for me, putting me at 124 points so I win.
Argo: Tch. don't get cocky, you only win because of you've played the game longer. As long as we keep playing, I'll beat you sooner or later.
Potei: Hey hey, don't be a sore loser, Argo. Mr. Mori also wins 7-3 so it's not a question of the time I've played. It's just a skill issue.
Mori: Well, I'm just happy to find something to do to pass time.
After trainings, Potei always relax by playing dominoes with the other adult namekians or sunbathing since Potei also needed to relax and lead a calm life in order to raise those S-cell counts.
After continuing to play for a while, Argo asked Potei
Argo: So, the dragon balls will be ready in a week so what do you plan to wish for, this time?
After thinking for a while, Potei responded.
Potei: Well, to be fair, I ran out of wishes when I made the wish to be able to survive in space. The planet thingy was just a thing I thought on the spot because I didn't want to waste a wish. I'll probably save the wishes for when the saiyan arrive and to teleport us on New Sadala.
Argo winced after hearing his response and asked again.
Argo: Are you really sure that that Freeza guy will destroy your home planet though? According to the story you told me, you saiyans are his greatest workforce so killing you guys seems like a bad move for a so-called emperor.
Potei: Oh, about that, there's three reasons for his reason to kill saiy...
As Potei was about to explain, around 150 people suddenly appeared nearby.
