Chapter 119 - Sylveria and Her Grandfather
The game's story always focused on Louis Zen's combat power and talent as a great general. Background lore was tucked away on the official website, easily forgotten. Many players, myself included, overlooked the fact that Louis Zen was also a duke. He had more than enough authority to promote or demote aristocrats under him.
"Right. I forgot about that," I admitted to Bickar.
Bickar invited us into the fortress. He gestured and leaked some intel.
"We still need you to haul provisions to other bases, but it will take time to gather supplies from other cities and villages. For now, you should rest."
We accepted. The lady knights and priestesses followed me to my mansion. Stalk excused himself, obviously to report everything to Sylveria or Alfred. Bickar dropped us off at the mansion and left.
Upon arriving at my mansion, Dorothy and her maid squads greeted us. Cawk‑Cawk was there too. Everyone bowed deeply.
"Welcome home, master."
