Morning came slow.
Draven woke with Vivienne still curled against him. Silk sheets tangled around their legs. Sunlight streaming through the windows. Her hair smelled like jasmine and sex and something uniquely *her*.
She stirred. Mumbled something incoherent. Pressed closer.
"Awake?" he asked.
"Mm. No. Five more minutes." Her arm tightened around his waist. "Or five more hours. Haven't decided."
He laughed. Ran his fingers through her hair. "We have things to do today. Crown Prince meeting. Corvus asset transfer—"
"Don't care." She nuzzled his neck. Kissed his jaw. "Those things can wait. This is more important."
"This?"
"Us." Vivienne pulled back. Met his eyes. "Last night was... I've been thinking about it all morning. Even in my sleep."
Her hand slid down his chest. Traced his abs. Lower. Found him already hard beneath the sheets.
"And I want more." Her voice dropped. Sultry. "I want *everything* you held back last night."
