Keifer parked the car in front of the hospital, quickly got out of the car, opened the door, picked up Jay bridal style, and went inside the hospital before Angelo could even get out.
"Doctor, there is an emergency," shouted the hospital doctor.He pulled Jai from my arms. Stretcher Trolley With Oxygen Cage He was put on him and taken to the operation theatre.
Doctor come out and said
"Damage Control Surgery will be required, a lot of blood has been lost, who are you to the patient, where are the family members of the patient?"
Keifer stood there like a statue, not a single sound coming from his throat. He tried to understand what the doctor wanted to say.He was wondering what he was losing from his hand.
Angelo, Aries, Percy came running from behind Angelo said. "She is my sister, what happened, is everything alright?"
"You will have to sign an agreement", the doctor said.
"What kind of agreement will I have to sign"? Angelo asked.
"The patient has been shot close to his heart and there is a lot of bleeding. You will understand that if we are unable to save the patient, it will not be our hospital's fault.
Doctor explained and Aries grab his collar.
"Stop talking nonsense because if anything happens to him I will burn this hospital down."
"Doctor, the patient's heart rate has slowed down and she is not breathing. The operation will have to start quickly," the nurse said.
Angelo asked Aries to release the doctor's collar and told him to start the operation quickly. Aries, Percy Angelo Operation stood in front of him Everyone was worried and Kiefer had been standing at his place ever since he arrived. Section E entered the hospital. Tita was crying. Jay Jay's mother had also come. Everyone was worried.

(Keifer's) POV
There was only darkness before my eyes, nothing was clear, I could only see blood on Angelo's shirt, Angelo's entire shirt was filled with Jay's blood, my eyes were on my shirt.There was Jay Jay's blood on my shirt too. That was not only her blood, it was my shameful failure.That pain was piercing my chest like a dagger.
I felt like a helpless person who failed to protect the person who was his everything. I could not protect her, I could not keep her safe. The commitment I had made to keep her safe,fight for her I have seen her , the promise I made breaking in front of me today.
Her eyes were telling me how much pain she was in, but her tongue was denying it all. Even in such pain, she was confessing her love to me.
The storm came fast, my shield fell away, I couldn't protect you on this dark day Jay
"I couldn't keep you safe; I couldn't uphold the honor of your love."
But I heard Angelo's voice. As if I came to my senses.
All sections e were watching me.there glance was like a needle piercing my chest.
I lost my mother before my eyes. I could have saved her but I couldn't. Now I'm about to lose myJay.
This thought hit me hard on my heart.

She wanted to stay with me.she told me she love me.and if she love me she don't have my permission to go like this .iam selfish I am selfish for her I don't let her go like this not now not ever.
I saw Angelo and Aries hold me.
But why????I noticed something wet in my cheek .Did I cry infront of all of them???
I don't care if I'm crying in front of all of them. I just don't want to lose my life ,My jay.
But suddenly I feel darkness in my eyes.

Keifer was crying and fainted due to increased heartbeat.
Doctor take care of him and he lying in hospital bed lifelessly.
After a full 2 hours the doctor came out of the operation theatre and said "He is out of danger but he is still unconscious and cannot say anything for 48 hours. The bullet has hit the left hand trachea, a little away from the heart. If the body does not recover within 48 hours, it may go into coma but the chances of coma are low."
He said
"Only 4 people are allowed near the patient."
He said and left.
(Angelo's) POV
I have seen my children's hearts broken One is in the ICU, lying lifeless on a hospital bed. I understand Keifer's pain, I'm tough, but I have to handle him right now. Jay Jay has everyone. I have to go to Keifer.
I went to Kiefer's. I saw him get up, but he didn't sit down. He just walked straight out. I tried to stop him, but he didn't.
"Keifer wait where are you going."I asked
"I'm going where I need to be".keifer said
Keifer went straight into the ICU room,he saw Jay, and stood in the doorway.
"He's fine, Keifer is just unconscious. The doctor said he'll regain consciousness in a while."
I said try to stop him but I noticed tears roll Down from his eyes to jaw.he was crying mess.
I hugged him and let him cry I also want to cry but not here hear I need to be strong I need to Console my both children.
"I can't loose her Angelo , I can't even die without her even if I want to.she is my everything after my mother."keifer said still sobbing like child who don't want to leave his mother.
"Please Angelo don't take her away from me" he said.and I pat his back. whithout saying anything just let him sob like this.
No keifer I don't take her away from you I just want you to be strong.
I made him sit on side chair and said Yuri to take everyone at home.
He obey and take everyone but Aries, Percy ci.n,calix,Felix,and David was not in the mood to go so I let them be .
Next day.
It was 5 o'clock in the morning when I saw Kiefer holding Jay's hand and looking at his traffic without blinking his eyes as if he had blinked his eyes. He was looking at her as if if he blinked, she would go to a world where no one else could go except her.
(Keifer's) POV
I saw Jay trying to open his eyes and I saw her put my hand on her head. I saw him open his eyes and I felt relieved. I could feel the cool breeze of the AC now and I saw her looking at me.
(Jay Jay's) POV
I woke up from my peaceful sleep, but it felt like someone had wrapped me in a plastic bag.I opened my eyes and saw my love first of all.
ahh I love his this gaze.he was looking cute like this he was holding my hand like I made of glass.I could hear the sound of the machine like tit-tit throughout the room.
I try to get up and sit but keifer stop me.
"Jay, don't try to sit, just lie down, I am here, do you need anything,?? Are you feeling pain, should I call a doctor,??? tell me."he said in one go wow.
But don't have this much energy left in my body I just shook my head .
But I want to take his name I want to kiss him🤭 ok fine not kiss just one little pack but I cant but I can tell him to kiss me.
"K-keifer" I take his name ahh I love his name so much.
"Yes iam here what you want"
He asked worriedly I want to say yes I want you to kiss me hugged me but my throat is being traitor.I can't say any word.
I saw kuya coming towards me I looked at him and today I realised how much he important for me.
"Kuya..I miss you".I said and kuya come closer and made me sit I sit my back on bed and hands in keifer's hand then kuya hugged me I hugged him back.
"You are really crazy Jay, you are a troublemaker, why did you really need to save me, are you some Ironman who doesn't feel pain".
Kuya said and I broke the hug and make a face.
"I am not a trounblemaker kuya". I said
"Yes you are troublemaker".it's my horoscope brother.
"I will really go back to sleep if someone says anything to me again. Keifer, Tell everyone to go away from here". I said and close my eyes.
