"They're coming!" The children were playing hide and seek when the knights stationed at the territory border suddenly yelled as he rushed into the pack house in a hurry. Everything happened so fast that the guests invited for the birthday ceremony didn't have the chance to prepare.
The entire pack house was in a frenzy with frantic movement from the servants and guests. They were all panicked. Nobody knew what was happening but instincts told them to look for where to hide, how to get away. Parents ran out to hide, leaving their kids to fend for themselves.
In a state of panic and frenzy, somebody posed a question, "Who is coming?" Nobody bothered to respond, it was either they didn't hear the question or they pretended not to.
As if on cue, about twenty battle-hardened warriors barged into the ballroom, one of the enemy was a behemoth of a man, his gripped on a long spear was hard and tight, his rugged features twisted in a permanent scowl.
