After a few days of planning, I was able to refine all the details; it wasn't very difficult. Creating a race is something natural for a planet, and I also had Elena to assist me.
At first, I planned to use the laws to make them loyal to me. However, Elena explained that as my inhabitants ascended, they would eventually come into contact with those laws and could break free from them. That is why I want them to protect me out of self-interest.
I also had no intention of telling them that I am alive; that is a secret I do not plan to reveal to anyone.
Once everything was ready, I created around a thousand Primordials and placed them on one of the continents.
I wanted to create more, but that was the limit of what I could do. Unless all of them were to die, I would not be able to create any more.
They were fascinating: they looked like children in adult bodies, yet they were extremely intelligent. Thanks to the origin energy, their souls and minds developed rapidly, and their bodies were at least three times stronger and healthier than those of a mortal human.
Even so, I had to depend on them to survive. I knew it would take time for them to fully develop; that is what normally happens on other planets, though I am far from normal.
Once they were created, I began implementing the next phase of my plan. One of the advantages of being a core is that my intelligence had greatly improved.
Elena was not just my assistant. From the beginning, I had the idea of creating a system inspired by the novels I used to read—a system that would help my inhabitants grow stronger and develop as a race.
Otherwise, I would have had to wait far too long.
Genesis: Elena, begin the implementation of the Genesis Records.
Point of View of a Curious Primordial
On one of the continents, known as the continent of Estenor, a Primordial walked through a forest in fascination.
Surrounded by all kinds of glowing vegetation and exotic animals, the Primordial moved forward, absorbed in the landscape. The sound of trees swaying in the wind and the cries of creatures conveyed a deep sense of calm.
She did not understand anything; everything that happened affected her, and some things even frightened her. Yet soon enough, she would once again become immersed in the scenery.
Suddenly, a strange sound echoed in her mind.
Voice:Ding.Voice: Congratulations, you have joined the Genesis System.Voice: Downloading basic information…
After hearing that, a sharp pain exploded in her head. Strange concepts and something called language began to take shape in her mind.
