As a transmigrator, Renji possessed a system. However, his start was anything but smooth. When he first arrived in the world of Naruto, he had hoped to develop his powers quietly and cautiously. Instead, he was thrown into an "Epic Mission" during the Second Great Ninja War.

In the meat grinder of that era, a Chunin—even one from the prestigious Uchiha clan—was nothing more than cannon fodder. He barely survived, only to find himself transported again, this time to Teyvat.

Fortunately, his system followed him, "user-friendly" enough to adapt its tasks to the world of Genshin Impact. Collecting herbs sounded simple compared to dodging kunai on a battlefield, but Renji knew better.

Liyue was a land of jagged peaks and narrow basins. Beyond the safety of Liyue Harbor and Wangshu Inn, the remnants of the Archon War made the wilds treacherous. Between the Hilichurls, Abyss Mages, and the lethal machines left behind by Khaenri'ah, herb-gathering was a high-risk profession.

At dawn the next day, Renji set out with a medicine basket on his back, accompanied by Qiqi. As a Jiangshi, Qiqi disliked the heat and the midday sun, so they had to move early. To an outsider, they looked like a pair of siblings, though Renji knew Qiqi was technically old enough to be his ancestor.

Their destination was Jueyun Karst, the "Abode of the Adepti." It was a vertical labyrinth of towering stone pillars, inaccessible to most. Precisely because of its danger, it was the best place to find high-quality Qingxin and Violetgrass. In the game, Renji could simply use a Teleport Waypoint, but in the reality of Teyvat, he realized just how massive Liyue truly was.

To pass the time during the arduous trek, Renji tried to chat with Qiqi, however, she spoke in an intermittent, hollow cadence, her memory slipping away even as they walked. To keep track of her life, she carried a small, worn notebook—the "Orders" she gave herself to function.

Eventually, she showed him her "Notebook of Reminders."

"Can I... see?" Renji asked tentatively.

Qiqi handed it over without a word, though her pale eyes remained fixed on the book, fearful he might damage her only tether to reality.

Renji flipped through the pages carefully. The handwriting was elegant, written in a script from centuries ago.

It contained calisthenics routines, descriptions of herbs, and "Orders" she gave herself to keep her body moving. Toward the end, there was a list of people she struggled to remember:

Mr. Baizhu: Green hair, snake around neck, kind to Qiqi. Do not forget.

Yaoyao: golden brown hair, bells, and rabbits. Qiqi's good friend. Do not forget.

Hu Tao: Twin tails, "fake" smile, smells like death. Bad for Qiqi. Stay away.

Renji smiled at the simple descriptions. But as he reached the very last entry, his heart skipped a beat. Written in fresh ink was a new line:

Renji: I know him. We are friends. Cannot forget.

He looked over at the small girl walking beside him. Her talisman fluttered in the wind, and she stared at him intently, worried he might drop her precious book.

Renji felt a sudden surge of protectiveness. He knew the potential of his Sharingan—it was an eye meant to see through all illusions and truths. If he could grow strong enough through this system, he vowed he would find a way to help this girl who fought so hard just to remember her friends.

Renji pushed those thoughts aside as he realized he was at the foot of the towering peaks, feeling dizzy just looking up. Jueyunjian was clearly inspired by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park from his earlier days: a place with three thousand jagged sandstone pillars and eight hundred meandering rivers.

While he had only seen pictures of Zhangjiajie behind a screen before, standing here in the flesh was a different story entirely. The peaks stood like a forest of stone giants, ancient and intimidating.

He couldn't help but think that if this place were a tourist attraction back on Earth, he'd be a billionaire. Of course, the local Adepti would likely have something to say about a cable car disturbing their meditation, and their "feedback" usually involved divine retribution.

While Renji was busy admiring the scenery and calculating profit margins, Qiqi didn't hesitate. To her, the verticality wasn't a spectacle; it was just the path to her medicine.

With the natural agility of a seasoned herb-gatherer, the little jiangshi began to scale the cliffside. She was surprisingly nimble, finding every small crevice and handhold with robotic precision.

Renji, not wanting to be outshone by his tiny "ancestor," focused his mind.

Technique: Wall Surface Walking

By focusing a fixed amount of Chakra to the soles of the feet, a ninja can overcome the force of gravity, allowing them to adhere to any solid surface.

Renji leapt onto the vertical face. While Qiqi was meticulously reaching for her next grip, Renji simply began to walk. His body was perpendicular to the cliff—a 90-degree angle that defied every law of physics Teyvat stood for.

He strolled up the mountain as if he were walking down a street in Liyue Harbor.

Qiqi stopped mid-climb. Her memory might have been intermittent, but her instincts told her that what Renji was doing was not normal. She looked down, her large, pale eyes widening as she watched him "walk" past her.

A tiny spark of envy flickered in her calm expression. Her logic was simple:

1. Renji walks on walls.

2. Walking on walls is faster than climbing.

3. If Qiqi walks on walls, Qiqi can pick more herbs for Mr. Bai.

By the time they reached the summit, they had already secured 5 Violetgrass) from the cliff face. At the very top, bathed in the high-altitude mist, 7 Qingxin Flowers swayed in the breeze, their translucent white petals shimmering.

Current Progress:

Item: Qingxin Flower, Violetgrass.

Collected: 7 (QF) 5 (VG)

Goal:  100 40

Remaining: 93 35

Status: Renji is feeling refreshed, and Qiqi is staring intently at his feet, seemingly trying to figure out the secret of his "sticky" shoes.
