Huelta guarded by The gates of Light and Dark , some say it's place for true gods while others say its a object that gives you power to even create and destroy galaxies with a snap of the finger . Even the name of Huelta is only known to the gods of this planet but no God knows how to open those gates and one day The god of shadows found the way to open those gates it is by collecting and sacrificing one million souls of human beings at once and thus the god of shadows Zernius blinded by greed turned his back on the other gods and went on massacre the human population of the planet was only 3 million and he had reduced it to 2.1 million and the places he massacred had been turned into shadow dungeons. Shadow dungeons are places which are covered in shadow mist which is created from Zernius and from the shadow mist shadow creatures are born and no one knows how to clear those shadow dungeons.
One day zernius reached a Island country to collect his final 100,000 shadows but when he entered that island there were no humans and out of nowhere a sealing magic as activated and god of earth/nature Taurus has appeared trying to seal zernius with him are god of fire Ifrit who is trying to weaken Zernius and god of water Aqua who is freezing Zernius and with their efforts they have completed in sealing him and to prevent anyone from entering Taurus has created mountains and scaled the land for anyone to set foot , Ifrit has turned the entire islands land into a volcanic ground with lava and volcanoes , Aqua has changed the weather for the 70 miles around the the Island into tornados making sure no one even thinks of sailing there and thus they have sealed him and returned peace to the planet .

Its year 2056 in planet earth and in Tokyo Japan lives a young man named isagi kurogi who is 19 years old and a dropout of school and works a convenience store as full time and does part time as delivery boy for a pizza store in the evening , his parents went missing when he was 8 year old and his grandmother took care of him but sadly she also passed away when he was 17 years old and so he dropped out of school and started working hard and one his pleasure is gaming and he bought recently bought a game called legend of Zernius .
Few weeks pass by and on a random Sunday evening as isagi is playing the game his VR simulator has started glowing and a beam of light has appeared from all over the world from the people who were playing the game . On that random Sunday evening the world has lost 900k people the world was thrown into chaos but after few months it settled down .
But on otherhand the 900k were transported into the world of the game Legend of Zernius as their ingame avaters they were all transported into different parts of the only remaining human country Yggadrasil with 2.1 million population which now increased to 3 million and the humans of yggadrasil doesn't seem to suspect a thing . And the players were confused at first but some adapted quick , some slow and some never and they died , the players have started hunting , crafting and many other things and are living a peaceful life .
After 3 months
In the middle of the isagi or now known as Dev short for BLACKHEARTEDDEVIL is hunting the monsters and now he is fighting fenrir and as his last strike hits fenrir it's head has been slashed and his sword also bearks
" Aww man it's my 6th sword in the past two months guess I should upgrade my gear, well for now let's collect the rewards " then from faraway in the capital of yggadrasil a big thunder strikes the capital and a Red sky covers the entire capital . Dev has used his last teleporting stone to quickly go to the capital to see what's happening and see's the king of yggadrasil kneeled down on the execution platform with the prince standing beside shaking and there are people in dark cloaks guarding the platform and then a man appears who is wearing a black cloak with red stripes has appeared and his left eye is in red colour and his right eye is in black colour and even his hair is in red colour and he says " I'm Red , the leader of Zeon , we are the devotees of our lord and savior Zernius the god of shadows and we are going to unseal him and will take the world under our control and as the first step we are going to execute the king infront of you all " and thus he cuts head of the king of yggadrasil.
