Inside one of the rooms of the Whitewood Inn, Lukas sat down cross-legged, his eyes closed in deep focus. He silently circulated the Night Dipper Star Energy Gathering Technique. Following the mysterious sequence, the star energy present in both of his stars slowly started to circulate, generating a current that soon turned into a weak vortex, attracting the star essence from somewhere deep in the void.
Even though all the requirements for evolution had already been met, Lukas wasn't in a rush. Once he pressed yes, there would be no going back. To prepare himself to deal with unforeseen circumstances, he needed to be in peak condition.
Time continued to pass without him realizing it. Lukas had been meditating deep into the night. Both of his stars were finally brimmed to the limit with star energy, the mental exhaustion washing away.
Then Lukas's eyes suddenly sprang open. Opening his mouth, he let out a breath of turbid air.
