This was the complete application of "Revealing One's Hand."
The technique did not necessarily require someone to reveal everything about their Jujutsu. Deliberately leaving out important details or using carefully chosen words to mislead an opponent could also be part of it.
After all, the people using Jujutsu were still human. Whether they exchanged information for greater power or used that information to deceive their enemies depended entirely on the individual.
Anyone who blindly believed what an enemy said was simply asking to be killed.
That was also one of the biggest differences between fighting a Cursed Spirit and fighting another person.
Bale's "Weapon Control" was already a powerful technique, while "Metal Manipulation" was on an entirely different level. Judging from everything he had shown so far, his strength was undoubtedly comparable to a Grade One Jujutsu Sorcerer.
If he could take another step forward and master Domain Expansion, he might even have the qualifications to challenge a Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerer.
For someone known as the strongest combatant of Curse User Organization Q, his strength certainly lived up to his reputation.
However, neither Akira nor Kento Nanami showed the slightest sign of panic.
Akira's current goal was to one day beat up Satoru Gojo, the man who stood at the very top of the Special Grade. Compared to that ridiculous target, facing a powerful Grade One opponent was hardly enough to frighten him.
As for Kento Nanami, he was already a Grade One Jujutsu Sorcerer himself, and one of the strongest within that grade.
There was no reason for either of them to lose their composure.
"Leave it to me."
Kento Nanami spoke calmly, his voice carrying the usual confidence of a reliable adult.
He spun the short blade in his hand, adjusted his grip, and charged straight toward the entire combat unit.
"Foolish."
Bale sneered at the sight.
"The foolish ones are you," Akira replied. "If close combat had its own grading system, Mr. Nanami would definitely be Special Grade."
While speaking, Akira raised his sword and intercepted the barrage of bullets and shells coming from the floating weapons.
His blade moved rapidly, knocking aside the attacks aimed at Kento Nanami and taking some of the pressure off him.
Before Akira had even finished speaking, Kento Nanami had already reached the enemy formation.
His short blade swung.
Blood sprayed, and severed limbs scattered across the ground.
The weapon in his hand was still nothing more than a blunt knife wrapped in cursed cloth. However, with pale blue Cursed Energy covering its surface, each strike carried enough force to tear through the combatants and their defenses.
In just a few exchanges, the first wave of enemies was completely wiped out.
Kento Nanami stood among the fallen combatants and calmly adjusted his grip.
Then, without the slightest hesitation, he began explaining his technique.
"My technique divides a target's length into ten equal parts and forcibly creates a weak point at the seven-to-three mark."
Pale blue Cursed Energy gathered along his blade.
"Striking that point triggers a critical hit. The target doesn't have to be an entire person. I can apply the division to the head, arms, torso, or any other part of the body."
He glanced toward the surrounding walls and concrete floor.
"It also works on non-living objects. Even if my opponent is stronger than me, striking the weak point allows me to inflict damage."
Kento Nanami raised his blade.
"Ten Ratio Technique."
Unlike Bale, who had deliberately concealed the true nature of his ability, Kento Nanami had explained almost everything about his technique.
Of course, that did not mean he was being careless.
His Jujutsu was straightforward. Even if the enemy understood how it worked, knowing where the weak point would appear did not necessarily mean they could avoid it.
Rather than waste time hiding something so simple, it was better to use "Revealing One's Hand" to strengthen the technique as much as possible.
The next instant, his blade descended.
Bang!
The ground split apart under the impact.
Concrete fragments flew in every direction, mixed with blood and pieces of flesh from the combatants caught in the attack.
Even the surrounding darkness seemed to shake from the force of the blow.
This was the true strength of Kento Nanami, a Grade One Jujutsu Sorcerer.
"Half."
Kento Nanami looked over the remaining enemies and calmly gave his assessment.
He twisted his neck slightly.
Crack!
The sharp sound made several surviving combatants instinctively tense up.
However, just as Kento Nanami was preparing to continue, an unpleasant cackling laugh suddenly came from the other side of the battlefield.
The sound was so strange that Akira almost wondered whether a human throat could actually produce it.
Then again, this was the Jujutsu World. There were plenty of things far stranger than an ugly laugh.
The one laughing was Kron.
"Hehehe! Half, huh? You're right about that."
Kron raised his head, his grin growing wider.
"But it's your half!"
From the moment Bale had fully activated "Metal Manipulation," Kron's presence had become much weaker, making him seem almost insignificant beside his companion.
Now, however, the man who had been keeping a low profile suddenly raised both thumbs.
At almost the same moment, Akira sensed something wrong.
Large amounts of Cursed Energy were rapidly gathering around Kento Nanami.
The energy was extremely dense, and its intensity continued rising.
It was Kron's Jujutsu!
"Did you really think I could only detonate the ground?" Kron laughed. "Every single combatant in our organization has already been planted with my Jujutsu!"
He spread his arms slightly, looking pleased with himself.
"I can turn them into bombs whenever I want. I can blow up one part of their bodies or detonate the whole thing. It doesn't matter whether they're alive or dead!"
Killing someone by destroying their heart was simple enough.
However, if the situation required it, Kron could make much better use of a human body.
Every combatant was a walking bomb, and every corpse left on the battlefield could become another explosive trap.
It turned out Bale was not the only one who had been hiding his true strength.
Kron had also kept a considerable portion of his Jujutsu concealed until now.
More importantly, by the time he finished explaining, his thumbs were already moving downward.
He had no intention of giving Kento Nanami time to respond.
Boom!
Boom! Boom!
A series of explosions erupted across the battlefield.
The blasts came one after another, leaving almost no gap between them.
Flames, shattered concrete, and thick clouds of dust swallowed everything around Kento Nanami.
The shockwaves spread outward with such force that approaching the area became impossible. Even Akira had to narrow his eyes and brace himself against the violent wind.
At the very instant the explosions began, Kron and Bale had already retreated.
Neither of them even bothered to launch a follow-up attack.
There was simply no need.
With so many bombs detonating together at close range, even a Grade One Jujutsu Sorcerer would have difficulty surviving without suffering serious injuries.
As the continuous explosions gradually weakened, the two Curse Users moved into position again.
Bale controlled the floating guns and cannons from the front, while Kron directed the surviving human bombs around the rear.
Their formation once again trapped Akira between them.
"Hehehe. Looks like you're the only one left."
Kron stared at Akira confidently.
However, less than a second after those words left his mouth, the smile on his face froze.
"Don't declare people dead so casually," Akira said, still looking perfectly calm. "And when someone uses 'Revealing One's Hand,' you should listen more carefully."
Before Kron could understand what he meant, a pale blue light suddenly pierced through the ground.
That familiar color belonged to Kento Nanami's Cursed Energy!
"Ten Ratio Technique, Collapse!"
Bang!
The concrete beneath the battlefield split apart.
A figure burst out from underground, carrying a short blade covered in pale blue Cursed Energy.
It was Kento Nanami!
The reliable adult had returned to the surface, his movements showing none of the hesitation expected from someone who had just been caught in such a massive explosion.
The reason was actually quite simple.
Kento Nanami's Ten Ratio Technique could affect non-living objects.
Whether it was a metal suit, a concrete wall, or the ground beneath his feet, all of them could be destroyed by striking the weak point.
The moment he realized Kron was about to detonate the combatants around him, Kento Nanami had immediately used his technique to break through the ground.
Tokyo was a densely developed metropolis, and its underground was filled with pipelines, drainage systems, and sewers.
By entering one of those underground spaces, Kento Nanami avoided taking the full force of the explosions.
The earth above him absorbed much of the blast, leaving him to deal mainly with the remaining shockwaves.
With his physical strength and Cursed Energy reinforcement, that much was still manageable.
More importantly, the explosions and thick clouds of dust had perfectly concealed his movements.
By the time Bale realized what had happened, Kento Nanami was already attacking from below.
"What?!"
Bale's expression changed drastically.
He immediately sensed the approaching Cursed Energy and tried to dodge, but Kento Nanami was already too close.
The blunt blade swept toward his leg.
Slash!
Blood sprayed as the attack connected.
Bale managed to avoid losing his leg entirely, but the injury was still serious enough to greatly restrict his movements.
"Damn you!"
Both shocked and furious, Bale immediately pushed his technique to its limit.
The surrounding guns and cannons swung around at once, while the remaining combatants rushed forward under his control.
He poured everything into stopping Kento Nanami before the man could press his advantage.
Kron reacted just as quickly.
The instant Kento Nanami emerged from underground, he had already moved to support Bale.
Unfortunately for him, Akira had been watching his movements the entire time.
"Where do you think you're going?"
Akira stepped forward and intercepted him.
It was not as though only Bale and Kron understood how to cooperate in battle.
Akira and Kento Nanami were working together as well.
In fact, Akira had already noticed Kento Nanami's signal during the explosions. Otherwise, there was no way he would have remained so calm after seeing his companion disappear into that massive blast.
With a swing of his sword, Akira released a horizontal slash of Cursed Energy.
The attack spread outward, cutting across the battlefield toward both Kron and Bale.
Neither of them could afford to ignore it.
Although the attack did not finish either opponent, it successfully interrupted their movements and gave Kento Nanami a brief chance to catch his breath.
On one side, Akira's sword swept through the air.
On the other, Kento Nanami raised his short blade again.
Their attacks covered each other's openings, making it difficult for the two Curse Users to concentrate on either opponent.
The pale blue Cursed Energy surrounding them rose and fell as they prepared for the next exchange.
However, Kron was no inexperienced opponent.
As a veteran Jujutsu Sorcerer who had spent years working as a professional terrorist, his combat experience was considerable.
He had already survived countless dangerous situations, and his reaction at the critical moment was just as sharp as ever.
Seeing Akira's horizontal slash approaching, Kron immediately lowered his body.
The wave of Cursed Energy passed over his head.
Without wasting a moment, he sprang forward and delivered two quick kicks toward the combatants standing nearby.
Bang! Bang!
The two men were sent flying straight toward Akira.
Their bodies hurtled through the air at high speed, leaving Akira with almost no time to react.
However, Akira had already seen Kron's hand sign.
He knew exactly what would happen if he tried to catch those two men or cut them down at close range.
Kron's Jujutsu, "Detonation Queen," could detonate targets regardless of distance or quantity, with the explosive power adjusted according to his needs.
Those two combatants were already bombs.
Akira immediately pulled back instead of meeting them head-on.
Boom! Boom!
The two human bombs exploded almost as soon as they reached his position.
Powerful shockwaves rushed outward, forcing Akira to halt his advance and defend himself.
Kron, meanwhile, remained completely unharmed.
He had already calculated the distance and timing of the explosions, using them to block Akira without interfering with his own movements.
"Hehehe!"
Kron grinned again.
He raised his right hand, pointing his thumb toward Kento Nanami.
At the same time, he lifted his left hand and pointed the other thumb toward Akira.
With the two gestures, he was ready to threaten both opponents at once.
As long as one of his human bombs entered the effective range, Kron could detonate it whenever he wished.
It made little difference whether the enemy tried to dodge, block, or attack first.
If they moved into the wrong position, the explosion would happen immediately.
Even worse, his Jujutsu had already been planted inside the combatants long before the battle began.
The necessary Cursed Energy had also been stored in advance.
In other words, Kron did not have to spend a large amount of Cursed Energy each time he detonated a bomb.
He only needed to trigger the technique.
This was what made "Detonation Queen" so troublesome.
Against an ordinary opponent, controlling so many explosions while maintaining enough Cursed Energy to continue fighting would be extremely difficult.
Kron had already taken care of that problem through preparation.
His combatants could attack normally, serve as shields, or become explosives at any moment.
Even if they were killed, their bodies could still be detonated.
Combined with Bale's "Metal Manipulation," which controlled guns, cannons, and other metallic weapons across the battlefield, the two techniques covered each other's weaknesses almost perfectly.
This was the true strength of the two core members of Curse User Organization Q.
It was also the trump tactic they had spent the past ten years developing together.
Bale could suppress enemies with overwhelming firepower, while Kron used human bombs to restrict their movements and punish anyone who attempted to break through.
If an opponent tried to attack Bale, Kron could intercept them with explosives.
If they attempted to eliminate Kron first, Bale could immediately cover him with weapons.
As long as the enemy could not destroy every human bomb in a single attack, there would always be another explosion waiting for them.
Whether they faced one enemy or several made little difference.
Once their opponents were forced to keep dodging the bombs and defending against the weapons, the entire battle would gradually fall under Bale and Kron's control.
