Darkness. Complete, heavy darkness.
From somewhere far away, a rhythmic beep echoed—"Nick… Nick…"
As her eyes slowly opened, she saw several faces around her.
A woman in nice clothes, around 40 years old, with a shining but worried face, suddenly said, "Nyxie! My baby, what happened to you? We found you unconscious at the gate!" [reaction like a mother]
This woman is Nyxie's mom.
The doctor stood slightly bent on the girl's left side.
The doctor checked her eyes and said, "Nick, how are you feeling now?"
Nick: "Everything is still spinning a little bit."
Doctor: "Don't worry, you'll be fine very soon."
Mrs. Thorne: "But sweetie, what happened to you so suddenly?"
"Some boys… some boys…"
Once again the same fear came in front of her.
Tears suddenly came in Nyxie's eyes. At that moment her mom hugged her while she was lying on the bed and said, "Now everything is fine, beta. We are all here with you."
Doctor: "Mrs. Thorne, it seems something bad happened to your daughter. If possible, don't question her right now. Let her rest. And tell Nick to take less pressure on her mind."
Mrs. Thorne: nodding her head "Yes, surely…"
[Scene Change]
An ambulance speeding towards a hospital.
The ambulance stops at a big hospital. Two people pull out an injured person from inside the ambulance on a stretcher (with that injured person is his old mother who was scared and crying, probably because she felt she was going to lose her son).
Red siren rings. Signals for emergency operation start.
Dr. Heles and his team get ready for operation. Entry into operation theater.
45 minutes later Dr. Heles and his team come out of the operation theater and Dr. Heles says "Operation successful. If everything goes well your son will recover soon."
Dr. Heles is washing hands in the washroom.
Then phone ring starts. Someone is calling.
Dr. Heles picks up the phone. Some voice comes from there.
Dr. Heles: "Okay, the work will be done but this time the price will be 1.5 times higher because there is more risk and more hard work in this." (a reaction like laughter)
Puts the phone down and thinks something.
[Scene Change]
Dr. Heles fills an injection with poison and comes straight to the person on whom he did the last operation.
He glances at all the machines in the hospital – everything is normal, heart rate, pulse, everything.
Dr. Heles injects the poison-filled injection into him. After a little while there is commotion in the machines. The ECG which measures heart rate suddenly drops.
After a little while a nurse comes. The commotion of the machines forces her to call the doctors.
The doctors' team arrives, including Dr. Heles. Suddenly "Oh my God! What happened?"
Silence comes in the hospital room.
Thinking that now who will tell that old lady that her son, whose operation was successful a little while ago, has now left this world.
Meanwhile the old woman comes into the same room crying and wailing because the nurse had told her that her son has passed away…
Dr. Heles comes out of the room with fake sorrow.
Late night around 11 PM, the remaining doctors are going to their rooms to rest.
A junior doctor comes and asks Dr. Heles "Aren't you going to sleep, Sir?"
Dr. Heles replies: "Not yet. I have to complete a patient's case study today."
The junior doctors leave without saying anything.
Here Dr. Heles secretly reaches the room where he did his last operation. In front of him is the dead body of that man.
The very next moment Dr. Heles starts cutting and tearing the chest part of that dead person.
He removes his heart and then quickly stitches the cut-open place like a professional doctor.
Dr. Heles puts the heart in a bag, goes to the washroom, cleans his hands and then dials a number.
No voice from there.
Dr. Heles says from here: "Where is the delivery this time?"
Dr. Heles wears his clothes, takes the bag with the heart along.
While leaving the hospital, Dr. Heles talks something with a woman sitting at the counter and takes the car keys from her.
Dr. Heles sits in the car, closes the car gate and heads somewhere.
Far from the city on some unpaved road Dr. Heles's car is running.
Suddenly he sees a man in front of his car. Suddenly Dr. Heles's car loses balance and stops.
Dr. gets out in anger and says "Hey blind man, Is the road your father's?"
Dr. sees that the man in front is coming towards him holding a rod in his hand.
Dr. Heles: "Hey hey! What are you doing?" He starts backing away.
Suddenly he feels as if his head has hit some wall. Darkness spreads all around and then…
