Lunar: Light magic is a kind of magic that can help the others, like healing magic; dark magic is a kind of magic that can hurt the others, like curse magic; either kind of magic is not allowed to do in the muggle world.
Solar: Why is light magic not allowed to do in the muggle world? Maybe healing magic can save the patients back from the hand of death and make medical miracles.
Lunar: It is only one law acknowledged by the magic world that magic is not allowed to do in the muggle world.
Solar: What's the point to do magic, when magic is not allowed to benefit the world?

Solar: Can I do light magic, if I join the Dark side?
Lunar: Of course. There's no strict rules in the Dark side. You can do any kind of magic you want, but you can't receive the systematic knowledge of light magic, like the subject of Defence Against the Dark Arts, if you join the Dark side.
Solar: Can I do dark magic, if I join the Light side?
Lunar: It depends on what kind of dark magic you're gonna do. There's strict rules to ban the forbidden magic. You will be expelled from the Light side, if you do any kind of forbidden magic, like summoning demons from the hell.
Solar: May I ask which side are you in?
Lunar: The Dark side. Vampire and werewolf are considered dark creatures that have great talent on dark magic. If you don't want to waste your talent, you should join the Dark side. If you don't like dark magic, you should consider to join the Light side.
Solar: I don't even know about the magic world. How can I join either side?
Lunar: You might have no knowledge of the magic world, but you have stepped in the magic world, then you must fit in the rules of the magic world. You're gonna be invited by both sides, when you get out of the forbidden forest. You can refuse to join one of them, but they can't refuse both sides at the same time.
Solar: What if I refuse to join both sides at the same time, what might happen on me?
Lunar: If you don't belong to either side, you will have no legal identity in the magic world. It would be hard to live your life in the magic world; it would be hard to receive the knowledge of magic; it would be hard to achieve anything.
