It's been days after the battle between me,odin and Bor against surtur. I woke up in a golden room with bandages lying on a soft bed, besides me is odin still in sleep with a slick figure by his side with an emo like appearance. she smiled at me which send chill toward me as i recognize the face too well Hela.
"Oh you are awake visitor I'll go let grandpa know" she said before she went out without bothering to ask my opinion", I was stunned then shrugged what to expect from a cold personality goddess of death. I looked at my environment i knew i was in asgard now. I sighed thinking of what has brought me to my current predicament I sighed again I was too careless and reckless as my mind went into a haywire thinking of my battle with surtur and reason for my loss, it all point out to bad matchup, I have no way to fight an elemental opponent he is literally made up of laver if I had a weapon that can deal damage to elemental opponent I might had stand a chance
It took just few minutes before hela and buri came in as hela went outside back after bringing in buri into the room he looked at me like he was examining me before finally speaking" I see you did alot of work out there on your own before odin came in for support it's actually impressive going toe to toe with surtur an elder God especially for a young Godling of a new race that's not up to a million year old so young warrior what's your name" I answered skeptical I'm Anthony j. conri. "I see it has a nice ring to it taking your appearance in into consideration a strong wolf indeed" he said before continuing. "you see my son odin as you would know as I see knowledge and wisdom in your eye's beyond normal convention is one heck of a troublemaker he has declared war on the nine realms in some way has angered other pantheons ,old races and old one's which would not take his declaration happily except the Olympians he said,this would will lead to a lot of death and people and innocent hostages to die making a lot of family losing their loved once he looked at me crookedly". sighed of course he knows my divinities.
He continued without pausing"he needs a capable ally a trustworthy companion a friend and a hero to the ordinary people in the nine realms. he need a friend to talk to and put him in check if he ever goes out of line , I know you might have put in some thoughts were this is leading to,you see my time on this plane of existence is limited i will soon go to valhalla to reunite with my ancestor and loved once I need a safe switch for asgard when it's in trouble and ally to help asgard what perfect choice do I have than you a potential powerhouse god race for help so I'll tell you I want you to help asgard in this battle godling you will be rewarded of course state your request".I sighed great what did I expect from a crook and bloodthirsty elder God.
I looked at him and thought my people have out growned the current habitat on earth we need a new home I was considering relocating to another planet or dimension but that has its advantage and disadvantage if we moved to another planet we would still be discovered out by the humans later when they have developed in technology in later era and we might still be found out by outer terrestrial beings like the kree and skrulls etc. while if i turn into a dimensional demon God it might sound good but I would have to give up my physical form in which i would rather take quick power like that constrains my whole being so I'll ask for a dimensions which is habitable and large like asgard in Yggdrasil which is an unowned realm, i also commission a weapon to be made by the dwarf king eitri and to be allowed into asgard library.
I turned to him and told him that I accepted his request saying "my people will also aid asgard" I told him my request in which he was surprised and accepted the second and third request of me commissioning the dwarf to make a weapon and privileged to enter asgard library. while telling me my first request can only be accepted after the battle outcome in which he would gladly accept depending on the condition and finality of the war. meaning if we lose I won't be given a dimension but if we win I would be given one.
Timeskip
A few months have passed nothing out of the ordinary it's just me either strolling around asgard or going into asgard library to learn about history,study magic and rune's also sparing with Odin who teaches me about divine energy and it's application I learned a lot from odin we became friends although he was still skeptical and sometimes passive in our friendly conversations I understand him so I didn't mind. my commission of a weapon has not yet been approved by eitri as he busy forging armour and weapons for the warriors of asgard.
I grew increasingly stronger during our sparing session with odin and some experience asgard warriors my adaptation perk coming into play as i learned rune's quicker than some veterans mage i learned battle technique and tactics like a sponge, something that would usually take experienced warriors year's of effort some lifetime to accomplish take me just few months it reached the extent that they ran from me as they saw me in sight even odin starts giving excuses putting away our sparing session while training hard in secret
Also another interesting thing is that me and hela has grown quite close not romantic kind but a uncle and niece type of relationship she comes to me for training and storytelling as I was good at storytelling due to the long time I spent reading and watching anime and novel I gladly teach her and told her story of fantasies of my past life giving her my attention when I'm not training which she enjoyed I also tried to change her fate and destiny although I know fate is one thing that can't be defied as we god's are tied to fate
I also told Bor to send me to earth,so i can inform my people about the war and bring them for aid when the battle is to begin.
