THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW
Heat flooded Sera's skin, rising from her chest to her cheeks until they burned bright red. Her nipples-just beginning to soften from their earlier tightness-peaked again, sharp against the cold air of the small bathroom.
She scrambled to her feet, crossing her arms over her chest to shield herself. She'd come in without a towel; the one Lucian held was slung over his shoulder, and he'd pulled back the curtain before she could reach for it. Every inch of her was exposed to his gaze.
"W-Why didn't you knock?!" She gasped, backing toward the far wall, her brow knotted with embarrassment and frustration.
Lucian's brows shot up, then he laughed-a low, warm sound that rumbled in his chest. "There's no door, Sera."
