In the darkest corner of the "West District," neon lights flickered ominously. This was the territory of the Underground World—a place where the law couldn't reach.

Lin Feng, wearing a hoodie to hide his bruised face, walked into the VIP room at the back of the club.
Sitting on a red velvet sofa was a woman who exuded danger.
She held a thin cigarette between her fingers, wearing a tight crimson dress that revealed a high slit up her thigh. A cobra tattoo coiled around her arm.
She was Bella "Viper" Rossi, the Queen of the city's Underground.
"Well, well," Bella exhaled a cloud of smoke, looking at Lin Feng with amusement. "Look who it is. The famous 'War God'. Why do you look like a stray dog that got kicked out of the house?"
Lin Feng's face twitched with humiliation. But he held back his anger.
"Sister Bella," Lin Feng said through gritted teeth. "I need your help."
"Help?" Bella swirled the whiskey in her glass. "You disappeared for three years. Now you come back and ask for favors? You know my rules. Everything has a price."
"I can cure your chronic headache!" Lin Feng quickly offered. (This was his standard bargaining chip).
"I don't have a headache anymore," Bella interrupted coldly. "I bought a new medicine from the Cheyne Group this morning. It works wonders."
Lin Feng froze. Victor again! That bastard was everywhere!
"Fine!" Lin Feng clenched his fists. "I will owe you a life debt! Just help me kill someone."
"Who?"
"Victor Cheyne."
The room went silent.
Bella's eyes narrowed. "The young master of the Cheyne Group? He is currently the hottest figure in the city. The Su family is backing him. Touching him is... risky."
"He is just a rich playboy!" Lin Feng shouted urgently. "He has no real power! If you kidnap him, you can demand billions in ransom! We can split the money 50-50!"
Bella thought for a moment. Billions... that was tempting. Her gang needed money to expand.
"Fine," Bella smashed her cigarette into the ashtray. Her eyes flashed with cruelty. "I will send my 'Ghost Squad'. They will break his legs and bring him to you tonight."
Lin Feng smiled. It was a twisted, evil smile.
"Thank you, Sister Bella. When I get him... I will make him beg for death."

Meanwhile, at the Cheyne Manor.
Victor was enjoying a steak dinner.

"Alfred."

Victor stood up, buttoning his suit jacket. His eyes were calm, but deep within, a storm was brewing.
"To the Red Dragon Club."
"But Sir!" Alfred was shocked. "That is Bella's headquarters! It's a tiger's den! If we go there, we are walking into a trap!"
"A tiger's den?" Victor sneered.
He walked to the wall and picked up a heavy black cane (which actually concealed a sword inside).
"No, Alfred. Tonight, that place is not a tiger's den."
Victor walked out of the door, the moonlight stretching his shadow long and menacing.
"It's a pet shop. And I'm going to buy a new pet."
