There was a grey cloud ahead of him, inside it there were hundreds of pinkish clouds on it.
Like before.
However, there was a crucial difference from before which was that the main 'enveloping' cloud was wrinkly, folded like the human brain!
Like this not only it offered a greater protection, it also decreased the consumption of energy and increased the duration of the Killer Move.
Kao Dao Ji kept observing patiently, from time to time of course he got bored and did other things like managing his aperture, or eating some food (which he bought from Treasure Yellow Heaven.)
However, no matter how much he looked at it.
The cloud remained incredibly firm, it looked like it would never burst on its own.
Until suddenly, Kao Dao Ji stretched his palm.
And suddenly.
As if thoughts had suddenly crossed through the brain, there was a huge reaction.
Lighting particles were spread through and shoot ahead, hitting blankly the target ahead.
Kao Dao Ji looked extremely satisfied by this, he grinned.
"While the efficiency is lost as more than 80% of the thoughts are burned in the spot, Lighting is way faster than Water Path attacks.
Not only that but my Cytocloud Killer Move is also now far trickier to deal with, now that it contains the ability to transform into two whole different paths.
And that is not all!
My new Cytocloud can last by the looks of it, entire weeks without shattering, it also expends far little less essence, has a higher upper limit, and even cushions the thoughts within, so even if they are struck by a stray bullet those thoughts are unlikely to be harmed."
His excitement was palatable, whilst before his Killer Move could be considered novel, it ultimately lacked a bit of essence and strength than other Killer Moves had.
At most it had some potential.
But now?
It felt like it truly carried some serious strength within.
"Whilst I've been using Cytoclouds so far to store Clouded Thoughts, that is the tip of the iceberg, I already tested it and most other thought Gu's can be preserved too.
In other words, my Cytocloud can be said to be a method to 'store' thoughts is a genuine Wisdom Path Killer Move!" His emotions were intense, the Killer Move he developed was truly strong now.
Of course, amidst those thoughts the one which resonated the most in his head was.
"Kao Yun Yun…Her methods are truly formidable." He said.
Indeed, Kao Yun Yun had provided her aid in helping him 'complete' this Killer Move, not only that but she also provided to him a very powerful Mortal Killer Move named.
'Culture Makes one Wiser', a Information Path Killer Move which mimicked Wisdom Path, enhancing one's cognition temporarily based in the attainment they had, the more diversified, and greater the attainment the better.
If he had to say that the Killer Move had any weaknesses, was that upon using it, the Gu Master would have to wait 3 months before using it again.
Plus, it also costed 2 and half Immortal Essence Beads every time it was used.
Still.
The effects were clearly observable.
"Still worse than Wisdom Gu but eh, can't complain." He chuckled to himself.
"mmm…Now that the Killer Move is finally ready, I can finally put it a price, but how much?
Well.
The Killer Move on itself is very valuable, is not often that a Wisdom Path Killer Move gets sold in the market, and whilst the move itself is not of Wisdom Path, it can contain it.
Just the sheer temptation of it, may be enough to value the Killer Move at 4 Immortal Essence Stones, unfortunately, as I do not have any reputation, nobody would be willing to trust my words.
So, I will have to decrease it temporarily, once I get enough momentum, I will sell it at 4 or even 5.
Naturally, the value of this Killer Move will decrease if everybody and their mother plagiarizes it, so to prevent this I should talk with Kao Yun Yun and make it so everyone who buys those Killer Moves, enters into a contract for at least 10 years to not spread the recipe.
Of course, I do not think she would agree to make any powerful contract, but is fine, even if the contract can be breached with the right methods, if I make it just expensive enough, no one will bother.
With this settled, another factor I have to consider is that this Killer Move uses too many Gu's which are property of the Clan, which may complicate things.
Then again, I guess I could slightly increase the price of the Killer Move, whilst adding on it, the relevant Gu's.
I do not think the Clan would get too annoyed by this, right?
Anyhow, in the beginning I will buy those Gu's from the Clan directly, but in the future, I need to manufacture them on my own to increase my profit margin.
This is going to take a while; I need to wait until my batch of subordinates comes."
He considered every aspect for a last time.
Then, he wrote a few messages and sent them to Kao Yu Hun who acted as his middleman, to tell the Clan about his proposals.
In the meanwhile, however, he begun a campaign inside Treasure Yellow Heaven.
By using a few of his Wills he began to promote the existence of such a Killer Move.
"Have you heard?
There is a new Cloud Path Killer Move selling in Treasure Yellow Heaven."
"And so, what? Killer Moves are sold frequently here, furthermore, is of that useless Cloud Path, so why even bother?"
"I thought the same thing than you sister, however, that Kao Dao Ji truly is a genius.
Somehow, he managed to fuse the essence of Cloud Path with Wisdom Path creating an overwhelmingly powerful Killer Move!
I heard that this Killer Move can be used to store thoughts, as if they were a secondary brain."
"What did you say? If he can mimic the essence of other Paths, then he must be a Grandmaster!"
Several people communicated with each other, discussing wholeheartedly.
Of course, none of those people were real.
They were merely Wills that Kao Dao Ji arranged to create a bit of a wave inside Treasure Yellow Heaven.
Naturally, most Immortals are not idiots.
While there may be a few rotten apples here and there, most Immortals were at least smarter than the average.
Thus, almost everyone noticed the publicity attempt.
Some chuckled and shook their heads, paying no heed to this, however a few looked somewhat interested, however they dared not waste money, in a non-reputable seller.
So, instead they wanted patiently to see if another person could test the waters for them.
However, amongst all the people.
There was a middle-aged man, who stood amidst the rest.
His expression looked kind and despite his age youthful, like the ages had not dulled the excitement and love he carried for the world.
His eyes shone like pearls as he stared at the Killer Move and the Clouded Thoughts Gu description.
"What a great Killer Move! What a great Gu!" He praised a few times.
"Whilst each is powerful on their own, together they truly make for a powerful combination.
Not only that, but as long as they are used with care, they do not produce any long-lasting damage…" His expression became moved.
Unlike most Immortals, he did not like the thought of killing.
If he could help it, he would not even hurt them, let alone kill them.
Unfortunately, due to his self-imposed restrictions he found it quite difficult to defeat his opponents.
While it was fine while he was a mortal, now that he had ascended and his enemies were Immortals, his current means were quite useless.
That is why he spent several days scrolling through Treasure Yellow Heaven trying to find a Killer Move that could defeat, without killing.
And finally, he found it!
His eyes shone like stars.
Immediately he contacted the buyer.
Kao Dao Ji heard the transmission from one of his Wills, and immediately his excitement rose.
Finally, there was a buyer!
Not only that but he seemed to be a big shot.
He immediately contacted them.
"What a great day sir. If I am not mistaken, you have some interest in my Clouded Thoughts Gu and Cytoclouds Killer Move?"
The middle-aged man smiled and nodded slowly.
"Yes, I am. If possible, I would like you to provide me with 20,000 of such Gu as well as the complete recipe for the Killer Move Cytocloud."
"Right on, sir!" Kao Dao Ji replied hurriedly, he did not want such great costumer to leave so suddenly.
Rapidly, he summoned through Treasure Yellow Heaven those Gu's and Killer Move.
Of course, he also added.
"Now that this is settled, I hope you bring your side of your deal."
The man nodded, immediately he dragged 18 Immortal Essence Stones.
Kao Dao Ji's eyebrows were raised at such a sight.
Adding together the price of those Clouded Thoughts plus the Killer Move, it would take a little more than 15 to 16, and yet he had offered three more.
While this could be considered a mistake, he found it unlikely.
After all what kind of Immortal did not even knew how to count?
As if answering to his doubts, the man replied.
"Consider this a gesture of good faith, my friend.
Because by the looks of it, you must be a new buyer of Treasure Yellow Heaven, am I right?
I've never seen you before, and this Killer Move of yours is quite innovative.
You must be selling it at a loss, right?
Sigh, while I am not the richest I do not like taking advantage of others, so I will pay what is due to you.
Besides…" A complicated expression appeared in the man's face as he added.
"To be honest, it was quite the relief to find a non-lethal Killer Move, to be honest, I am not sure what your intentions were when you made it.
Perhaps you merely found the Gu, and naturally thought of the Killer Move, or maybe you created that Killer Move to capture others.
Or perhaps you are like me, and do not enjoy killing.
While the last one is quite unlikely, I do not wish to disregard this possibility lightly.
After all, the thing that this world needs the most at the moment, is for kind people to thrive."
As he heard those words, an strange expression appeared in Kao Dao Ji's face.
"Those words…They are too…Rare for people in this world, is he a scheming snake trying to manipulate me or?...
No…This could not be it, right?"
Staring at the middle-aged man with complex feelings, he gulped down as he probed.
"You…You are one of a kind, you are the kindest person I've seen since I ascended to Immortal!" Kao Dao Ji's expression softened as he added.
"Gentleman, if you'd be kind enough could I be graced to know your name?" He kneeled as he said those words.
The middle-aged man looked at him somewhat puzzled.
"Why is he behaving so submissively?" He wondered.
Despite his doubts, he replied.
"Rise. I do not like such honorifics." Then, he stretched his hand to pull him forward, Kao Dao Ji took his hand.
Then, the middle-aged man replied with a kind smile of his own.
"As for my name? Well, is a bit shameful for me to say it…" He scratched his head.
"But my mother named me: Le Tu."
The eyes of Kao Dao Ji widened; his jaw trembled.
And intense cold sweat appeared in his forehead!
"Le Tu? Le Tu! That is Paradise Earth's name, isn't it???????" His expression looked somewhat panicked.
However, Le Tu misunderstood the reason of his shock, he stared at the man and said.
"You…Don't worry about it, I will not tell a soul about your identity, still you should improve your technique, or you will be caught easily."
Kao Dao Ji woke up from his shock, and realized that the surprise he had received was such, that he had accidentally cancelled his disguising Killer Move!
And he had revealed himself openly as a Featherman.
Immediately, he nodded hurriedly.
"Sorry, just a slip. Hahah…" He scratched his head awkwardly, whilst his thoughts moved as fast as a bullet.
To not give himself away, he stared at Le Tu directly and said.
"Okay. Have a nice day, also, if you wish to contact me, just go here again, I always leave a Will here just in case." He replied, and immediately afterwards cut the connection.
