Her current appearance bears the marks of everything she has endured.

Nature

Human, enslaved by War since the age of sixteen.

Annia

Appearance

Annia is a white teenage girl with long black hair.

At first glance, nothing distinguishes her from a young human noble.

Nature

Daughter of War.

Elder sister of Commodus.

Annia is not an ordinary child.

She was born carrying the direct legacy of War itself.

Powers

Annia possesses the same abilities as her father:

- Corruption of human minds

- Deep mental influence

- Latent power bound to War

Essential trait:

Annia almost never uses her powers.

They exist.

They are present.

But they remain dormant—contained, restrained.

Psychology

- Annia is calm, observant, and silent.

- She understands what she is.

- She knows what she could do.

- She chooses not to do it.

Her most unsettling power is not corruption…

it is restraint.

Barnabé Vetutius

Appearance

Barnabé has a shaved head and bronzed skin.

He wears light armor, designed for mobility rather than heavy protection.

His appearance reflects a man shaped by battle rather than ceremony.

Nature

Human.

Skills

- Seasoned fighter

even though he does not yet fully understand its true weight.

Powers

Commode possesses the same abilities as his father:

- Deep mental influence

- Power tied to War, still instinctive and uncontrolled

Essential difference:

Unlike Annia, Commode does not yet master his powers.

They can manifest without his intent, triggered by anger, fear, or desire.

Psychology

- He feels War before he understands it

- He sometimes acts without grasping the consequences

- He is a seed of conflict still growing

Where Annia restrains herself,

Commode learns by falling.

Dione Vetutius

Appearance

Left to the reader's imagination.

Dione is heard more than she is seen.

Her presence exists mainly through:

- memories,

- spoken recollections,

- and the lasting impact she left on her children.

She is not defined by a physical form,

but by what remains of her after she is gone.

Nature

Human.

Role

- Mother of Agnesa, Sextus, Barnabé, and Ellyn

A central maternal figure within the Vetutius family

Kosma
