Adera POV
Once I made it to town I looked for the best foreclosure house as I found it to pay the bank to let me buy it along with a Jeep.
I was in town at night when it's raining as I opened my umbrella to walk down the street but then I sensed something at the front of the shopping pavilion as a little girl that looked five holding a 1 year old baby as it freezing as they are shivering as her clothes are damped and wet.
My heart was hurt seeing this as I walked over with my umbrella.
Adera: Oh you poor little ones, are you okay?
I looked through her memories as the girl used magic as her parents abused her calling her a freak and abomination with sister too as she levitated stuff with her mind as my anger sore but I didn't show it in front of them but to keep a straight face as the girl held out her hand for money.
Adera: How about you two come home with me, I got food and a bed for you both.
I saw life come back to the little girls eyes as she nodded her head as I took her hand into mine as I lead her to the car as I put them in the backseat to buckle her in as she held her baby sister, I healed anything wrong with them being in the cold instantly.
I walked to get in as I drove off to my home as we arrived I helped them out as we walked up as I unlocked the front door with my mind surprising the little girl as her was making noises to enter a warm house.
Adera: Alright, first things first we get you out of the damp clothes and into a warm bath for the both of you, well not too warm for you little sister.
I carried them upstairs as I ran the water as to take the damp clothes off of both of them as the baby needs to be changed as did that I made clothes out of thin air for them or pjs.
The water was ready as I turned it off as the little girl hopped in as I made a baby bath tube as I put the baby in to begin washing the babies body as the little girl was playing with the bath toys.
Once I was done I dried her off to walk her to lay her down on my bed to put her pjs on and went to wash the little girls hair to keep her eyes closed cause of the soap to then rinse her head off to then wash her body.
I released the water to get a towel to pick her up in to dry her off to walk into the bed to put her in pjs.
Adera: Now, it's time for dinner, spaghetti and meatballs.
The little girl eyes showed life as I brought them to the dinner table as I made baby food appear to feed her as the little ate all her food as she must have been starving as once she finished I saw them both yawn as I smiled to make sure the baby was good to clean up with a snap of my finger to take them up stairs.
As I have a crib for the baby as she fell asleep as I tucked her in and I did the same for the little girl as the lights in the house cut off with me thinking it as they slept in my room as I changed into my pjs as I don't need sleep to feed the baby in the middle of the night.
