The hospital was in chaos.
Doctors rushed through the corridors, nurses called out instructions, and the sharp echo of hurried footsteps filled the air. The smell of antiseptic clung to everything. In the middle of the frenzy, a beautiful nurse ran toward a man standing anxiously near the waiting area.
"Mr. Takashi Nozomu!" she called out, her face bright with excitement.
"Your wife has given birth to a son."
Takashi froze for a heartbeat—then his eyes widened.
"A… a son?" he repeated, before suddenly sprinting toward the ICU.
He burst into the room and saw her.
Amaya lay on the bed, exhausted yet glowing, holding a tiny baby wrapped in white cloth. Takashi rushed to her side, his voice trembling with joy.
"Amaya… we have a son," he said softly, tears threatening to fall as he looked at the child in her arms.
Amaya smiled weakly and looked down at the baby.
"I'm happy… truly," she said gently. "But… something feels different about him."
At that very moment—
Far beyond the hospital.
Far beyond the planet.
Far beyond reality itself—
The entire Omniverse trembled.
Space stretched, dimensions expanded, and countless realities widened their boundaries at once. The Omniverse itself grew larger, desperately making room—struggling to survive the mere presence of the newborn child.
Back in the ICU, unaware of the cosmic event, Takashi stared at the baby with wonder.
"His name…" Takashi said after a pause, his voice firm yet warm,
"Akira Nozomu."
Amaya looked up at him, then back at the baby, smiling sweetly.
"That's a beautiful name, honey," she whispered, her heart completely lost to him.
Fifteen Years Later
Morning sunlight poured into the Nozomu household.
Takashi sat at the dining table, eating his breakfast quietly. After a moment, he glanced toward the staircase.
"Akira still hasn't woken up?" he asked.
Amaya, standing near the sink and cleaning utensils, turned her head slightly and shook it.
"No. Maybe he doesn't want to go to high school," she replied calmly.
Takashi stood up, his expression turning serious.
"He has to go," he said firmly. "He needs to learn how to control his Void Energy. We can't let him destroy things just by touching them."
Before Amaya could reply, slow footsteps echoed down the stairs.
Akira appeared.
He walked into the room wearing his high school uniform, his face completely emotionless.
"Good morning, Akira," Amaya said gently as she placed breakfast on the table.
Akira nodded and sat down without a word, quietly eating.
"So," Takashi said, his tone softer now, "are you ready for school?"
Akira looked up slightly.
"According to the internet," he said calmly, "most teenagers dislike high school."
Amaya chuckled and sat beside him.
"Many teenagers love it too," she replied. "And you need to learn how to control your Void Energy before you accidentally break something again."
Akira finished his meal, stood up, picked up his bag, and walked toward the door.
He grabbed the handle.
The entire door ripped off the wall and came into his hand.
Akira stared at it for a second.
"…Maybe the door was too old," he said casually, then walked out.
Takashi let out a long sigh.
"This boy is quite a troublemaker."
Amaya stood up, her tone serious.
"Go buy a new door. Or repair it."
At the School
Akira walked toward the high school with an emotionless expression.
Suddenly—
A ball flew toward him at high speed.
Before it could touch him, it exploded in mid-air, scattering fragments everywhere.
"Whoa!"
"That ball stopped before even touching him!"
"Did you see that?!"
Students stared at Akira in shock.
A boy ran toward him and stopped right in front of him, breathing heavily.
"Hey! Are you okay?" the boy asked.
He looked Akira up and down, then straightened his posture.
"…You're completely fine."
The boy glanced at the destroyed ball.
"Did you do this?"
Akira ignored him and started walking away.
"Hey! Answer me!" the boy shouted.
Akira stopped and looked back.
"No," he said calmly. "The ball was too weak to touch me."
The boy blinked—then smiled.
"Interesting," he said. "My name is Kazume Kuroda. And you are?"
"I'm Akira Nozomu," Akira replied. "A new student."
Kazume clapped his hands excitedly.
"That's amazing! You're in Class 2-A—same as me!"
He suddenly pulled Akira along, already leading him toward the building.
Classroom 2-A
Kazume gestured around proudly.
"This is our class. Not very impressive, but you'll get used to it. Teachers here are super annoying."
Akira sat at the desk beside him.
"When does class start?" he asked.
Kazume rolled his eyes.
"In twenty minutes and twenty-one seconds."
Later, during class, Akira quietly observed everything—the students, the teacher, the room.
"The Void Energy," the teacher lectured, "is the foundation of our world. Everything exists because of it. Proper refining and enhancement of Void Energy can increase one's power exponentially."
The bell rang.
Students immediately began talking.
"What are you doing?" Kazume asked, standing behind Akira.
"Nothing," Akira replied. "Just waiting to leave."
Kazume laughed.
"You still have four more periods."
After School
School finally ended.
Akira walked calmly toward the gate.
"Hey, Akira! Wait!" Kazume called, stopping in front of him.
"Why don't you come to the park this evening?" Kazume asked with hope.
"We could hang out. Maybe become good friends."
Akira looked at him briefly.
"No. I have things to do today."
He turned away and left the school grounds—his expression unchanged.
