Inside the Temple, the twins felt something change.Not together, not simultaneously they felt it in their own ways, on their own timelines, in the separate and individual manner they felt most things. But they both felt it within the same afternoon, and Aelara knew this because both of them came to find her independently and within an hour of each other, which was their way of telling her something without having the language yet to name what that something was.
Lyra came first. She sat down next to Aelara where Aelara was reading in the side room and was quiet for a moment and then said, "Something changed outside."
"What do you mean by outside," Aelara said.
