"Is this the power-up that comes from turning evil?"
Sitting in the passenger seat, Hawking watched the battle between Peter, the other two, and the Hydra Stomper operated by Steve, thinking to himself.
Even the real Captain America would likely have a slim chance of winning if he had to face Peter, Venom, and Jessica simultaneously.
Yet, this Steve, controlling the mech, after a brief exchange with the three, used the various weapons on the mech to suppress them.
It's not that the mech is truly that powerful.
The strength displayed by the mech is indeed formidable, but Peter, Jessica, and Venom are not weak either, each possessing other abilities and capable of fighting with teamwork.
Furthermore, the three are smaller and more agile, while the mech is large with bigger weak points, so they shouldn't have been suppressed.
The truly powerful one was Steve Rogers, controlling the machine from within, with his rich combat experience and strong fighting instincts.
This reminded him of how the Main World's Steve, when he first encountered Peter, easily suppressed him with his combat experience, despite being inferior to Peter in strength and reaction speed.
Also, after picking up Thor's Hammer and gaining Thor's power, he could still fight Thanos, who had no Infinity Stones, back and forth.
Steve's strength didn't just come from that Super Soldier Serum; the power it gave him might not even compare to that of an ordinary Asgardian soldier.
But he became one of the most important leaders of the Avengers.
Compared to the battle-hardened Steve, Peter and Jessica had just started college and only gained their abilities about half a year ago; although they had his guidance and training, they were still far behind.
Venom was a bit better; Eddie couldn't fight, but Venom's combat instincts were quite good.
However, this was precisely why he brought the three along; otherwise, if he had acted himself, the battle would have ended long ago.
"Aren't you going to help?"
Nick Fury looked at the calm Hawking, probing with an unmoving expression.
In his opinion, Hawking was too composed; the Hydra Stomper was not weak, and if something went wrong, could Hawking truly arrive in time to rescue them?
He knew Hawking was strong, but that referred to his giant ape transformation; before transforming, he wasn't considered particularly strong.
Or perhaps, Hawking's strength was actually much greater than he had anticipated, as nearly four years had passed.
Mutants before adulthood usually cannot fully utilize and control their abilities; their powers stabilize and grow stronger with age, and he, of course, knew these common facts.
Hawking smiled and shook his head:
"I will act if there's danger."
The Hydra Stomper was also battered and bruised by Peter and the other two, with half an arm torn off; it was still hard to say who would win or lose.
"Truly perceptive, to have noticed Venom's weakness so quickly."
On the battlefield, the Hydra Stomper, at the cost of completely losing that half arm, used the powerful flamethrower device inside the mech to heavily injure Venom, forcing it to temporarily retreat into Eddie's body to recover.
Recalling the battle just now, Hawking quickly understood what had happened.
Steve must have noticed that the most troublesome Venom, who ignored various damages, instinctively dodged the flamethrower on his mech every time, thus realizing that Venom's weakness might be Fire.
But he didn't show it, enduring silently, and finally, at the cost of a less important half arm, he seized the opportunity to heavily injure Venom, forcing it out of the battle.
"Sit in the back."
Venom was temporarily unable to fight, and Eddie was just an ordinary person, so Hawking told him to sit in the back for now.
Without Venom as a meat shield, Peter and Jessica fought with greater difficulty, but the Hydra Stomper's movements were also noticeably slower, perhaps due to machine damage or insufficient energy.
"The smoke bomb seems wrong; it's a sleeping gas!"
However, at this moment, the situation on the battlefield changed again.
After Steve found it difficult to catch Jessica in the air, he released a smoke bomb, preventing her from clearly seeing the battle scene below, then used instruments to locate and attack Peter.
Peter, unfazed due to his Spider-Sense, bravely engaged him, intending to deplete the mech's energy and wear it down.
Unexpectedly, not long after, he felt dizzy and then passed out.
It turned out that Steve had not only released smoke bombs but also mixed in sleeping gas; Peter's Spider-Sense made it difficult for him to be hit, but how could he dodge in a large area of smoke?
The more sleeping gas he inhaled while moving, the more naturally he fell victim to it.
Upon realizing Peter's voice had disappeared from the communicator, Jessica, who was in the air and unaware of the situation, was distraught with worry and recklessly charged down, ultimately collapsing on the ground alongside Peter.
Just as Steve was about to pilot the Hydra Stomper to deal with the unconscious Peter and Jessica, and then go to kill Nick Fury to complete his mission, Hawking finally made his move.
"Wind Whirl!"
Donning golden armor, he pointed his hand forward, and with the Whirlwind spell, the smoke instantly cleared completely.
"Zombie Walk!"
He then tapped Peter and Jessica, who were unconscious, twice each.
The two floated directly up and flew in front of Hawking.
Seeing this, Steve quickly raised his remaining right hand, rapidly gathering all his remaining energy, intending to seize the opportunity to eliminate both the target and all interferences in one fell swoop.
Hawking, seeing this, simply raised his hand slightly:
"Kienzan!"
A spinning disc of energy shot out under Hawking's will, directly towards the Hydra Stomper's right arm.
Seeing this, Steve quickly maneuvered the mech to emergency evade, dodging sideways.
Unfortunately, the Kienzan was not a bullet that would not turn after being fired; under Hawking's will, it also deflected, directly hitting the right arm that was gathering energy.
"Swish!"
As if cutting tofu, the Hydra Stomper's entire right arm directly fell off.
However, that wasn't the end; under Hawking's control, the Kienzan continued to move across the Hydra Stomper's body for a while before gradually dissipating.
"Swish! Swish! Swish!"
In an instant, the Hydra Stomper's head, left leg, right leg, and various other parts all turned into smooth fragments, leaving only the central chest cockpit, containing Steve, relatively intact.
"In the face of absolute power, no amount of experience, strategy, or planning is effective.
Don't you agree, Director Fury?"
Handing Peter and Jessica over to Eddie, Hawking said to Nick Fury with a pointed meaning.
You wanted to test my limits, didn't you?

"Mr. Hawking makes a good point."
Nick Fury watched the Hydra Stomper, which had just defeated Peter and the other two, being easily dealt with by Hawking as if it were a toy, and he was quite shocked.
It turned out that even without transforming into a giant ape, Hawking already possessed such terrifying strength.
