The empire of ishvara is an empire that embraced power, status, and wealth. The people os the empire usually live for a long time due to the magic within them. The longest one had ever lived was about 1000 years old. So as such the children start their education young and are considered adults by 80. As the children progress in age , body and mind, their mana core/mana circuits will usually expand to the size of a little foam ball. Each mana core f every person is the same, at least the base is.
