----------------------------------------------------------

Erica had only just steadied herself and hadn't even had time to greet anyone when Lucrezia-who had been brimming with interest just a second ago-suddenly changed expression.

Blood sprayed from her mouth.

Blood flowed from her seven orifices.

In an instant, she collapsed into a miserable state.

"Lady Zola!"

Erica cried out in shock, not even having time to think about what had caused it, as she rushed forward.

"Ding! Fourth-Tier Luck extraction completed. Congratulations to the host for obtaining: Rinnegan."

This reaction...

I can roughly guess what happened, but is this really necessary just from seeing my "Lucifer" identity?

It's like she saw some unspeakable monster.

I'm not surnamed Lovecraft.

And I'm definitely not Cthulhu.

As for the Rinnegan reward, it wasn't nearly as important as the enchanting witch lying not far away.

He had only obtained the MangekyĹŤ Sharingan a few months ago, and aside from "Kotoamatsukami," he hadn't even used its other abilities yet.

Now he had directly advanced to the Rinnegan, gaining a large batch of new abilities and one or two special skills.

Having many skills meant broad coverage and high fault tolerance.

But when there were too many skills to use, it became an entirely different kind of problem.

Erica took Lucrezia's pulse.

Her face instantly turned pale.

Lucrezia was on the verge of death.

She suddenly remembered how Hiro had casually healed the swelling on her head earlier in the car.

Her expression changed as if she had found a savior, and she turned around immediately.

"Hiro! Hiro, come quickly! Didn't you heal me just now? Please help Lady Zola!"

Even without Erica's plea, Hiro had no intention of letting Lucrezia die in front of him.

The metallic stench of blood filled the air.

Hiro walked over, replacing Erica's position.

He placed his right hand on Lucrezia's blood-soaked lower abdomen.

"Sadalmelik-Albus" activated.

At the same time, his perception extended into her body.

"This injury..."

Sensing that nearly all of Lucrezia's internal organs were shattered-and that even her heart had a tear-Hiro's mouth twitched slightly.

He lowered his head and looked into her eyes, which were already beginning to lose focus, holding three parts emotion and seven parts surprise.

"You didn't die on the spot."

"Should I praise your constitution?"

The fourth-digit Lucifer Divine Attribute was naturally incomparable to the Great Old Ones, Outer Gods, or Cthulhu-like beings that roamed the multiverse.

But Lucrezia wasn't an ordinary person.

She was a renowned witch known throughout Europe.

And she hadn't completely lost her sanity or turned into a mindless madman.

Overall, her reaction, while somewhat unexpected, was still within an acceptable range.

At most, it left Hiro feeling a little helpless.

If someone had to be blamed, it was Lucrezia herself.

Isn't it fine to just live properly? Why go looking for death?

From her earlier words, it was clear she had already noticed something abnormal about him.

Yet without asking anything, she opened her spiritual vision directly.

Almost dying on the spot was the natural result.

If she had simply asked, she wouldn't have ended up like this.

"Heehee... thank you for the compliment, my Lord."

Lucrezia had barely regained her composure.

The corner of her mouth twitched into a bitter smile.

Combined with the fresh blood that hadn't yet fully faded from her face, the expression looked especially chilling.

In just a few seconds, injuries that would have instantly killed an ordinary person were completely repaired.

Not only the wounds, but even the blood around her vanished.

As if the earlier scene had never existed.

Erica watched the entire healing process without blinking.

Compared to the swelling on her head earlier, Lucrezia's injuries were on an entirely different level.

Precisely because of that, Erica gained a far clearer and more direct understanding of that "healing" ability.

And she was utterly shaken.

Healing?

What kind of healing magecraft was this?

This was fundamentally time reversal.

Even the greatest healing magecraft user in the world couldn't restore Lucrezia in just a few seconds.

Erica was absolutely certain of that.

When she had asked Hiro for help earlier, she had only hoped to keep Lucrezia alive.

She had never imagined something like this.

And in this world, there were only two types of beings capable of "time reversal."

Erica Brandelli knew both.

A Heretic God.

And a Campione.

The former was a mad god who would never bother saving a human unless it amused them.

Which meant-

The boy standing in front of her, only fifteen or sixteen years old, was an unknown Maou ruling the earthly world.

Her entire body trembled.

Erica immediately knelt on one knee, lowering her head until her gaze met the floor.

She spoke with utmost respect and apology.

"I failed to recognize the King's true identity earlier and acted disrespectfully. I sincerely apologize. Please forgive me, O King."

The King?

Did that healing make her think I'm a Campione?

Hiro glanced at the kneeling blonde girl.

Having finished repairing Lucrezia's injuries, he was about to stand-

When Lucrezia suddenly reached out.

She grabbed the arm that was leaving her lower abdomen and pulled him down, forcing him to sit beside her on the same sofa.

Hearing Erica's words, Lucrezia even smiled brightly.

She looked at the blonde girl and teased her.

"Little girl, this boy is not a King."

"You've mistaken him."

She glanced at Hiro and wisely avoided using the title "my Lord."

"I... mistaken him?"

Erica raised her head, her delicate face filled with confusion.

Her gaze lingered on Hiro's calm expression.

There was no trace of madness.

Still, she couldn't understand.

If he wasn't a Campione, how could he perform something like time reversal?

He couldn't possibly be a God.

His demeanor didn't match a Heretic at all.

Under her doubtful stare, Lucrezia-clearly enjoying herself-gestured toward Grayfia behind her.

"That's right."

"The Maou who slew a God and rules the land..."

"...is the woman in the maid uniform behind you."

Erica froze.

A Campione... serving as a maid?

Is something wrong with me?

Or is something wrong with this Campione?

Or is this world just broken?

She turned to look at the maid, whose expression hadn't changed in the slightest.

Erica fell completely silent.

That night, after having Grayfia send the completely drunk Erica and Arianna back, Hiro returned to the room Lucrezia had prepared for him.

Only to find an uninvited guest inside.

"What is this supposed to mean, Lucrezia?"

Hiro spoke indifferently after glancing at the witch's revealing outfit.

"I sincerely apologize for presumptuously peeking at you earlier, without permission."

Lucrezia knelt on the only large bed in the room.

She didn't even dare raise her head.

Her voice was nervous, but sincere.

"Just a glimpse of the truth caused a humble being like me to nearly die. And it even troubled you to save me."

"I, a mere witch, cannot repay such kindness."

If it weren't for me, none of this would have happened.

Why don't you mention that?

Hiro sat down in front of the prostrating witch and silently looked at her submissive posture.

"Get to the point."

"Yes!"

Lucrezia responded immediately and began explaining.

"Since the time of my ancestors, the Zola clan has been a lineage of witches who gained power and knowledge through contracts with devils."

"This continued until over thirty years ago, when an Oriental man killed the devil I was contracted with and took its power and knowledge."

"In return, I gave him the Prometheus' Secret Tome."

"Today, I have the honor of seeing your true countenance, my Lord."

"I, Lucrezia Zola, beg for your pity."

"I do not ask for grace."

"Only that you forgive the sin of my earlier presumption."

This is... overly humble.

So that's the story between her and Godou Kusanagi's grandfather.

Hiro spent a few seconds using Mental Out to read the relevant memories.

Everything matched her words.

Aside from the kindness shown back then, she had no other relationship with Ichiro Kusanagi.

Which meant-

Lucrezia was still a virgin.

"I see. I understand."

Hiro nodded after grasping her intent.

He didn't say anything grand.

He simply asked calmly.

"Then... are you prepared?"

"Yes."

The witch bowed deeply and answered without hesitation.

...Looks like I suddenly have to update four times a day.

Ten thousand words daily.

I won't say it out loud.

You wouldn't understand anyway.

If I don't say it-

Will the readers still not realize it and blame me for it?
