" She's early "
That was the first thought that cross Joseph mind the moment he spotted her
Dressed in a dress that scream for attention her lips curve upward with a soft smile
As she chat cheerfully with one of the female employee who was directing her towards the stairs
" Joseph !! "
The employee voice was casual something he was already used to Madison eyes cast on Joseph then back to her
" This is Joseph he is the personal assistant to mr john "
She calmly introduce stepping asidenot before giving Madison a polite and silent nod which was returned

Deep down his heart was cursing John who refused to build up an elevator his ankle hurt badly but held himself

After what seems like minutes both came to a halt for a second both secretly catching their breath
before heading straight to John office

Both heard a sigh follow with a calm tone Madison was the one who unlock the knob while strolling in
He hesitate for a second before walking in taking in the surrounding with a calm but shaken heart
The medium size office was equipped with the best lights so we're the decoration which were cool and classic
As for the paint it wasn't anything impressive just the usual dull lifeless color of gray and white
but the placement was neat , organized and control like John himself
By the ray of sunlight pour In through the glass window letting one enjoy the scenery of the small art studio
a place where artist study their arts and crafts
But Madison attention was focused on John who sat his eyes glanced at their direction before standing
Though John wasn't particularly handsome like those actors he wasn't ugly either
With a height like that of a model as for his calm aura which Somehow attracted women to himself
Joseph wouldn't deny he wasn't jealous back when they were in college

With that Joseph left slamming the door shut and leaving both alone
" So John I see you were about to have lunch hope I wasn't interrupting? "
She joked fully teased
" Not at all if you don't mind you could join me after the interview "

She teased further which earn a laugh
" Of course not I doubt if your husband will even let me live "
He replied smoothly earning laughter from both sides which eased the tension more
" Then a friendly date you can invite your husband along "
John added showing no lustful intention over a married woman
" Of course but instead of my husband why not my daughter she might be an introvert but she truly nice "
John was a bit surprised at her offer everyone who knew Madison knew how protective she was towards her daughter

He thought his expression remain serious as if thinking
" But how can it be if Mrs Madison beauty is that of a flower, am quite sure her daughter will be blooming as one as well
So can someone like me casually go on a date with someone like her ? "
He said calmly his voice laced with false praise which seemed to earn him an approval from her

John watched her with open interest as she turn on an old device recorder placing it on her side before turning it on
Her long casual expression vanish leaving the sir of seriousness in the air
Joseph was a bit confused at the shift of atmosphere
but he didn't say a word he just manage to distract his wondering mind from thinking much about it
" Better choice it's a bit strange to name a company that if you don't mind can you inform us
On the reason why you decide to called it that ? "
She asked with a curious air to her tone even Joseph ears pick up
he had always curious himself but was always ignore each time he asked
" Well the name didn't have any deeper meaning it was casually picked up by my grandma on her day she passes "
His tone light but his answer was unexpected
" She always wanted me to make choices that wasn't too bad like my mom
so when I inform her about my idea in building a small scale company she gave me the name ( better choice ) two days after that she passes "
John paused eyes distance like he was looking back to that day
" If you don't mind me asking at what day and year ? "
Joseph couldn't understand why she asked but John didn't seem to mind

He replied simply with a smile Madison paused pity clouded her eyes but vanished the moment it appears
