From what I have gathered so far, ENTITY-001 is confirmed to exist somewhere within the Dead World. Its exact location remains unknown, and its classification level has not been disclosed. All information related to it is tightly controlled by D.E.A.D.
There are ongoing discussions about why knowledge of ENTITY-001 is limited to higher-level personnel. The true nature of the entity is also unclear. Based on the level of security surrounding it, it is likely classified as Level Red (Extreme) or Level Black (Critical).
The individual overseeing ENTITY-001 avoids any discussion about it. Theories are quickly dismissed, and those who push for more information are sometimes placed into containment for reasons that are not explained. When released, they refuse to speak about what occurred.
It is unclear why the entity's level is not publicly stated. Simply knowing how dangerous it is might stop further investigation. This suggests that even limited knowledge may pose a risk.
After successfully mimicking death, I explored several locations within the Dead World. I first observed the official D.E.A.D. facility. No attempt was made to enter it. Over time, it became clear that ENTITY-001 is intentionally stored elsewhere.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the location is unmapped and requires careful preparation to access. Survival without proper measures is considered impossible, even for the dead in all cases.
I spoke with multiple senior researchers, but none had meaningful information due to their clearance limits. My own ID level, ██████, allowed entry into a few restricted areas. One such location, ██████, is often referenced in discussions about ENTITY-001.
Most material found there was speculative. No solid evidence was presented. Access appeared to allow thought and theory, but not confirmation.
Some believe ENTITY-001 is capable of destroying the world. This seems unlikely. If that were true, containment would already have failed.
Research into ENTITY-001 is strictly forbidden. If discovered, the outcome would likely be fatal.

A limited description of ENTITY-001 has been obtained.
It is described as a large collection of computers, each marked with the label:
"RESTRICTED FILES."
This is unusual. Most entities show signs of awareness or life. It is unlikely the computers themselves are the entity. It is more likely that the information stored within them is what matters.
Its true nature remains unknown.
A key lead came from ██████ █, ████, when I received an unexpected email from ██████, someone I did not recognize but who clearly knew about my research.
They warned me to remain unnoticed and instructed me to open a link.
Despite hesitation, I complied.
The link displayed a large archive of entity-related files and identification numbers. The purpose of showing me this was unclear.
They then instructed me to refresh the page.
After doing so, all content disappeared.
Only one link remained: ██████.
This link contained several images related to the ENTITY-001 file. These included covers and partial visuals. None showed the internal contents.
While incomplete, the images confirmed the file's existence.
Shortly afterward, the sender deleted all contact information. Any further attempts to access the link redirected me to the official D.E.A.D. Research website.
No additional communication occurred.
The sender's fate is unknown.

ENTITY-001 may represent a threat, an internal test, or something else entirely. None of these explanations fully account for the level of secrecy involved.
There is reason to believe ENTITY-001 is more than simple data storage.
Further investigation is currently halted.
One final detail was discovered in a public log posted by the overseeing individual. The entry was removed shortly afterward.
"Regarding ENTITY-001, I don't want to talk about it. As stated before, there will never be information about it. If anyone had knowledge of it, that 1% would become 100%."
The meaning of this statement is unclear.
What increases from 1% to 100% is not explained.
After the log was deleted, no further updates were posted. This lack of activity is unusual for the overseer.
For now, conclusions cannot be drawn.
ENTITY-001 is still much unknown.
