Nicholas did not turn. "A major summit? For what?"
"It seems pressure from the FBI is starting to rattle them, Boss. They need to shift strategy and tighten their logistics to keep the authorities off their scent," Max explained, detailing the heat rising in the rival camp.
Suddenly, the door burst open. Briyan, a field informant, ran in gasping for air. His face was deathly pale, and cold sweat slicked his brow.
