"Louis, don't be afraid. If that guy dares do anything to you, I'll kill him!" Dyan sat down beside Louis and took a vicious bite out of his half-eaten apple, as if he were treating it as Lilac's bones.
Louis looked at he with a hint of doubt. "Even though Lilac misunderstood us at first, his attitude wasn't that bad, was it?" He blinked and said innocently, "He even invited us to dinner to apologize..."
The veins on Dyan's forehead twitched. "Not us. He invited you. Just you! Can't you feel the way he was looking at you?"
