Chapter 22 - Chapter 22: The Revenge Fleet, The Return of Harald

"The morale is high!" Loki nodded in satisfaction.

Seeing Loki speak, Jorul and Jarul readily followed his advice and said no more.

Since Prince Loki chose to do this, he must have his reasons.

Just trust him!

"I want to fight too!!!"

Hajrudin raised his sword, his blood boiling.

"Hajrudin, this is not a battle you should participate in right now. I have already notified Ida." Raideen, wearing a horned helmet and returning to his warrior style, refused in a deep voice.

Hajrudin became anxious and spoke without thinking: "Master Raideen, if Loki can do it, why can't I?"

Raideen frowned and scolded: "Everyone has seen Linlin and Loki's strength. Hajrudin, have you become so arrogant? Double your training volume today."

"What's more, Prince Loki won't participate in the battle. He just needs to watch us achieve victory!"

"With Odin here, Prince Loki can also guarantee his own safety."

"But if you go to the battlefield, you will only distract us!"

Hajrudin was left speechless by this series of reasons, lowering his head in despair.

"Hajrudin, fighting will get you hurt. Isn't it better to wait here with me?" Gerth comforted. She didn't like fighting.

Hajrudin was speechless: "You don't understand...."

"...."

"Wooo~~~"

With the sound of the long, ancient horn.

The Giant Warrior Pirates' ship, which had been silent for more than thirty years, returned to the sea.

Following behind were huge sailing ships of the same size, forming a massive fleet.

On the decks, muscular giant warriors stood tall.

Not only Raideen, Kashi, Oimo, and other former members of the Giant Warrior Pirates.

But also warriors from other villages in Elbaf who came attracted by the reputation!

There were dozens of them in total.

Such combat power was enough to easily flatten more than ninety percent of the nations on the sea!

"Loki, child, I know your heart is kind. Don't be agitated; this is the influence of your bloodline. Your father was like this back then too. Don't blindly start a war! This will only hurt more people. You don't understand what all this means yet! This will bring more trouble to your father."

Loki, who was ready to leave, was stopped by Ida.

Loki stared at Ida's anxious face, his eyes unwavering: "I never liked war. If possible, I would prefer lying on the lawn basking in the sun. But some wars are inevitable. Blindly escaping will only cause greater disasters."

The flustered Ida was stunned, carefully examining Loki's eyes.

Loki's eyes were different from Harald's before.

There was no arrogant madness that disregarded everyone.

Instead, there was a calmness of inevitability.

Loki clearly knew what he was doing.

"Father, he has completely forgotten the way giants get along, and this is the root of the trouble."

After saying that, Loki pushed Ida away and took Linlin onto Odin, flying towards the harbor.

Watching Loki's back, a layer of haze covered the depths of Ida's eyes.

Harald has changed too completely.

Now he has the idea of giving up force for peaceful diplomatic relations.

She was aware of this point; it was formed because of her, but now she was powerless to change it.

"No..."

Ida reacted, attempting to catch up: "Loki, maybe you're right, but that's the future."

Loki didn't look back and flew straight to the Underworld Harbor.

Looking down at the giant fleet and meeting the pairs of burning eyes, Loki couldn't help but feel a surge of lofty sentiments in his heart.

This is the power that belongs to him!!

In the future, there will be even more!

"Warriors of the Giant Tribe, today we set sail not for invasion, not for plunder..."

Loki raised his arm abruptly, pointing to the foggy sea level in the distance, "But to make the world remember that the Giant Tribe will never tolerate deception!"

"Will not tolerate deception!!"

Amidst the high-pitched war cries, the giant fleet set sail and left the harbor.

"Master Raideen, where is our target?" Loki leaned in front of Raideen.

He was good at shouting slogans and gaining fame.

But in terms of navigation, he was truly clueless at the moment.

Raideen explained: "The closest to our Elbaf is the G-14 Branch. Our intended combat target for this trip is there."

"G-14 Branch."

Loki narrowed his eyes.

Egghead, the future Egghead Island, is also near the G-14 Branch, right?

Then the quality of the Marines in this branch should be quite excellent.

The soul quality is worth a taste.

Half a day later.

Elbaf.

Harald rushed all the way back to Elbaf.

Rarely did he not go to find Ida first, but came to Jorul and Jarul to ask about the situation: "Elders, what exactly happened a few days ago? Did we really kill Mother Carmel?"

Jorul answered honestly: "Yes, Prince Loki killed her with his own hands."

"What?! Loki with his own hands?!" Harald's eyes widened, and he had a headache.

Loki did such a cruel thing as an infant; does he advocate violence even more than he used to?

He continued to ask: "What exactly does he want to do? Why didn't you stop him...?"

Jorul interrupted loudly: "Harald, what are you getting excited about? Don't question Prince Loki's decision!!"

"???" Harald was stunned. He completely didn't expect to be treated like this.

Why does it feel like in Elder Jorul's heart, my status as King is not as high as Loki's?

"Harald, don't get excited." Jarul acted calmly and unhurriedly:

"Prince Loki possesses even more outstanding talent than you. He had already foreseen Mother Carmel's identity as the [Mountain Hag], but he still carefully arranged for people to monitor her. Only after we confirmed everything did he execute Mother Carmel. As for attacking the World Government, Jorul and I did it personally because Linlin and those children were about to be taken away by them."

"These are traces of Mother Carmel's activities as the [Mountain Hag]." Jorul pointed to the evidence piled beside him.

"Mother Carmel really was the [Mountain Hag]?"

Harald was somewhat dazed, having already believed this matter. He knew the two of them; they were not the type to mess around with Loki.

Jorul: "It's true. We couldn't believe it just like you back then."

Jarul: "Her acting skills were too good; she played us like fiddles."

Harald came back to his senses: "Then we should have kept Mother Carmel alive; only then could we prove all this to the world! Why did you let Loki kill her? Now if we say it, not many people will believe us."

Jorul: "Even if Loki didn't act, Mother Carmel wouldn't have survived the angry Kashi and the others. We didn't have the strength to act at that time."

"..." Harald was silent for a moment, carefully picking up the evidence beside him: "I will handle this matter properly. Where is Loki?"

Jorul and Jarul looked up at the sky at the same time, pretending not to hear.

"?"

Harald became increasingly confused about their attitude. Then he turned to look at the door, a little relief appearing on his heavy face: "Ida!"

Ida ran in out of breath: "Harald, quick, go stop Loki. Loki has taken everyone out to sea; the target is the Marines."

"What?!!"

Harald's pupils constricted. He rushed out of the door and set sail again.

Loki, this child, why is he even more of a bastard than he was back then!
