Arc 1 Chapter 2
After Albert made sure of Alex and Sion's circumstances he decided to take them to where they'll be staying for a while which is his house where he lives and do what he does which needs no explaining, because some are things are easy to figure out and some are not... Anyways that how things are going. While they are on their to Albert's mansion which is located a little bit outside the village walls, they were having a little conversation.
Albert: So... How are you guys liking the the village so far?
Sion: Well I was excited at first but now... I don't know what to say—
Alex : (before Sion could finish) the village is poor as fuck, rundown and has low quality goods. So basically the village's economic system sucks and law inforcers are not doing their job... I can't believe I was raised here once.
Sion: c'mon don't say it like that I mean... Those people earlier were umm.. Ah—
Alex: they were fucking in broad daylight in an alleyway which was exposed!
Sion: c'mon they would've not been spotted by us if we you were not looking for a place to barf when you drank that juice from that old looking bar!?
Alex: see even the tone in your speech can't defend this shitty place!
Albert: ok kids calm down, I know Markini can be... Outdated but I swear it's good at night and you will love it again just like you did when you were kids I swear (in an excited tone)
Alex: uh okay...
Sion: s... Sure
Alex and Sion were no longer convinced, like what do you expect? When they were exploring the village with Albert, Alex threw up after the juice there and Sion saw a couple having sex in the alleyway while trying to help Sion soo... It was a rough first impression after a long time.
Alex: so uncle Al where is your girlfriend at the house or...
Sion yeah like tell us cuz you haven't talked about her today.
Albert: what are you talking about? I have no girlfriend.
Sion: what!? But you always talked about her when you were with Mr Ember you know?
Albert: please don't tell me you are talking about Lucia.
Alex: yes her, how is she doing?
Albert: (sigh) I think there's a misunderstanding, Lucia is not my girlfriend she's my daughter.
Alex and Sion: WHAT!!!
Sion: I could've swan you she was your girlf—!? No wait you have a DAUGHTER!!!
Alex: like WHA—!?
Albert: OK chill and yes I have daughter and yes I understand your reactions since I never specified her I just talked... And considering my personality.
Alex and Sion were shocked at this discovery that Albert of all people would have a daughter because even though he was a perverted person, he was always careful not to make any mistakes when performing and because of this he needed to clear a misunderstanding that just occur.
Albert: by the way don't get the wrong idea, she's not my biological daughter but she is family to me so treat her well when we get home and yeah she is taken Mr harem boy(he said looking at Alex with a sharp eye)
Alex: what do you mean?
Albert: I know about your grand dream to have many wives and as your uncle... I'm proud (with an amusing teary eye)
Alex: no wait how do you know about that?!
Albert: your father told me and damn he was happy for you and not to mention you and Sion just turned 17 this year.
Alex: no wait not even my father was suppose to know that, the only person I told is... Sion! (with a angry blushing face)
Sion: I'm sorry but your father was persistent about knowing what you liked and dreams so I... Told him everything, I'm sorry!
Alex: why you—
Albert: chill bro it's nothing to be ashamed about, and c'mon people were starting to get worried after you turned 15 and you had no interest in women.
What Albert was referring to is that in this world when you turn 15/16 years old you are considered an adult and you can get married and even have children if you want in this age and Alex wasn't interested in the opposite sex at the age of 15 and 16 which for his father was concerning, that's why he had Sion told him when Alex was finally interested in romance.
Alex: fuck... Let's hurry up and get to your freaking house (while angry and embarrassed)
While Alex and his group were having a lively conversation, at the other side of Markini near the port for ships was a bar and in this bar the Local Markini Bar was an adventurer siting at the counter while having drink and thinking to himself.
Rox: I can't believe I bumped to Albert of all people... Damn I almost got embarrassed today because of those two brats! And now that I think about the other guy had red hair and dark skin, don't tell me he's from the Ember clan from the southern lands! Damn I almost fucked with a royal brat and the other guy with him or was she a girl? Nah it doesn't matter, I Rox an A rank adventurer will complete my mission of kidnapping this little girl the boss hired me to.
While Rox was thinking these things to himself a female waiter stood right next to him.
Waiter: would you like a refill sir?
Rox: yes though this low ass quality beer is not doing anything... But you look pretty, wanna mess around with me?
Waiter: I'm sorry but I c-can't and I'm still serving other customers.
Rox: hey I'm an A rank adventurer and I doubt you are making much money in this cheap ass village
Like here's my guild card if you don't believe (he took out his guild card which was A rank and signed by an important noble of the Trysad kingdom, the Greenpark's recommendations. And almost anyone or important figures in the continent knew who the Greenparks are)
Waiter: oh my... Well follow me to the inn next door(in a seductive tone)
She couldn't miss a chance to gain favor with a person who is aligned with the Greenparks of all the nobles in the land and so they went into the inn and Rox thought to himself.
Rox: let me play with her for a while and I'll think about kidnapping Lucia later.
