Chapter 1 - - When one door closes, another opens! -

He stroked the flawless, white skin that trembled under the touch of his fingertips. A suppressed, lustful moan made his insides quiver. Cheng Xi's gaze slid over the spread legs and pubic area, where an impressive splendor reared up, and continued upward.

The narrow hips twitched, and the broad, sinewy chest trembled under the powerful, pulsating heartbeat. The man in front of him had covered his face with his arms, but Cheng Xi could see the tears running down his cheeks and dripping onto the floor.

His hand slid up the body, gently stroking the tousled black hair and pressing the arms down slightly. Dark, reddened eyes looked up at him. The man, who looked so young but was actually a year older than him, gasped.

He bit his knuckles as Cheng Xi moved, and broken, rough sounds escaped his throat. Cheng Xi covered the tear-stained eyes with gentle kisses, wandering over the tip of his nose and the corner of his mouth before giving him a passionate kiss on the mouth.

He intertwined his hand with the man's and broke the barrier of his lips with his tongue. Sounds of pain mingled with the lustful moans of their provocative kiss.

Cheng Xi was bitten hard on the lower lip when he pushed too hard against the tight rear opening. The man hissed, then writhed and moved away from him slightly, but Cheng Xi pulled him back toward him. He lifted his hips and massaged the delicate pink flower with both thumbs before slowly beginning to stretch it.

"Ouch!" Cheng Xi paused briefly until the wave of pain subsided, then continued to penetrate gently, pausing briefly each time a new wave of pain washed over the man.

In the dim light, he saw the naked skin glistening beneath the layer of massage oil. The skin beneath his fingers was soft and hot. When he could hardly stand it anymore, he pushed against the tiny opening he had created.

Before the first protest came, he pushed further in. With a mixture of pleasure and pain, the man arched toward him and then pulled back again. He wouldn't be able to keep up this cat-and-mouse game for long. Cheng Xi took the man by the hips, lifted him up, and pushed himself in.

The man gasped, but Cheng Xi didn't give him time to think. He circled his hips and began to move inside him. The feeling of the hot tightness that enveloped and caressed him made him gasp. A deep, throaty moan escaped him. He thrust again.

The man's voice sounded clear and bright again. After a short time, the two moved their hips in a rhythmic dance. Cheng Xi intensified the pace, dominating his partner and eliciting a singsong of lust and pain from him.

He felt wave after wave of pleasure building up inside him, crashing over him and burying him beneath them. His thrusts became more intense, more demanding, as he massaged the man's hot shaft. The man pulsed and twitched.

As the raging flood of lust caught up with him and washed him away, he felt the hot seed spread over his hand and chest. In the jumble of his thoughts, which first had to rearrange themselves, he asked himself a question:

How the hell had it come to this?

A few weeks earlier:

"I could see you as a bodyguard, I'm just saying!"

Cheng Xi rubbed his head. He doubted that this was such a good idea, but now he was here. Two weeks ago, he had lost his job as a trainer at a small gym.

He himself had started training there as a child and had stayed out of a sense of duty. But now the old man, who hadn't found a new tenant, had to close the shop.

Cheng Xi was practically broke and desperately needed a job. But without any experience, that was difficult in a city like Shenzhen. Too many people, too many qualifications for too few jobs.

"Zhang Xiangsheng?"

"Yes, here!" Cheng Xi called out and stood up. The man who had called him nodded and then looked him over for a moment. Cheng Xi certainly didn't need to hide. He had trained his whole life: bodybuilding, martial arts, and fitness. His body was steely, and his muscles were sinewy.

If this didn't work out, he had already seriously considered starting his own business on social media. Apparently, half-naked musclemen were being celebrated like stars. He bowed to the gray-haired older gentleman and followed him through the premises of Chengxing Entertainment.

Chengxing Entertainment was one of the leading companies in talent management, production, and international marketing of its talents. Singers, models, actors.

The building was a giant of glass and steel. Modern, but cool. Cheng Xi was led into another small office, where the gentleman sat down behind his desk and looked through the documents he had brought with him. On the table was a sign with the words Ye Hong.

"You have a clean criminal record. Driver's license, physically and mentally healthy. I see you've done martial arts." The man looked up. Cheng Xi smiled and nodded.

"That's right," he replied nervously. His palms became sweaty.

"You don't protect our idols with physical force. On the contrary, you have to keep a cool head. Assess situations and remain calm," the man explained. He had pushed his glasses to the tip of his nose and looked at Cheng Xi over the rim. The hand holding the pen with which he was taking notes gestured extravagantly. Cheng Xi nodded.

"I understand. I've never solved a problem with violence," he quickly assured him. He really had never conflicted with the law or others.

»You have the necessary physical fitness and are mentally stable. You can also provide first aid. I see you've completed police training. Why didn't you continue working in that field?« Ye Hong looked at him.

Cheng Xi forced a nervous smile. How could he explain that he had preferred a quiet life, sitting in the studio all day, training and watching TV, to the life of a police officer, with stress tattooed on his forehead? He hadn't known that the old man would close the studio.

"I wanted to help a friend. I felt obliged to repay him for his help. However, he had to close the studio and is moving to the countryside to live with his children," Cheng Xi explained. At least that wasn't a lie, he assured himself.

"I see Gao Xiangsheng recommended you!"

"Yes, we met at the police academy," Cheng Xi added. The older gentleman looked alternately at him and the documents.

»You seemed socially competent. Most of the people who show up here with a degree in military or private security are cold as ice. But our idols don't need an iron cabinet; they need someone they can rely on. Not just in dangerous situations, but also on a human level," the man explained, pushing his glasses back up.

"I think we can see ourselves working together, Zhang Xiangsheng,« he said kindly. Cheng Xi cheered inwardly. Gao Xiao Zhi was simply reliable. He would invite him for a drink next time he was free.

"On your way back, please pick up all the necessary forms and documents that we still need to fill out. Work clothes will be provided, and as soon as all the interviews are over, you will be invited to a short briefing with everyone else," the man explained.

Cheng Xi nodded. He was overjoyed and couldn't stop grinning.

A week later, the time had come. Cheng Xi still had to get used to the feel of the black suit and bulletproof vest, but he had to admit that the cut flattered his muscular physique.

"Zhang Xiangsheng, I've been expecting you!" a voice interrupted his thoughts. Cheng Xi looked up. His immediate superior, head of security for actors, models, and singers, greeted him warmly. Chen You Lun was the big guy Ye Hong must have been talking about. Calling him square-jawed was neither derogatory nor an exaggeration. He was a heavyweight, muscle-bound, with short hair and arms like tree trunks.

But when he smiled, Cheng Xi couldn't help but see a teddy bear in the grizzly. He greeted him back. Chen You Lun wasn't his type. He liked men with muscles, but he preferred an athletic build. Since Cheng Xi was usually the one who dominated in bed, he rarely got involved with someone who was so physically superior to him.

You Lun led him into a meeting room that wasn't being used. The glass front made the room appear bright and friendly. There was a long table and two dozen chairs around it. There was a projector hanging from the ceiling. A whiteboard and various filing cabinets.

You Lun sat down and handed Cheng Xi a clipboard with some worn sheets of paper on it.

"You've already filled out the confidentiality clause and all the other stuff. This is your new protégé," he said, pointing to the clipboard. Cheng Xi glanced at it.

The face of a man who could have come straight from heaven looked back at him. He smiled slightly at the camera, and Cheng Xi's knees went weak just looking at the photo.

Li Yue had started out as a dancer and singer in a boy band. But because of his talent, he embarked on a solo career as a singer. He also modeled for various brands and jewelry manufacturers and was a sought-after actor. At thirty-seven, he was a year older than Cheng Xi, but he didn't look it at all.

His young face had something pure and innocent about it. Yet his eyes revealed the maturity and experience of an adult.

"Li Yue is one of the prodigies of this company. Recently, his long-time bodyguard resigned due to family circumstances," You Lun explained. Cheng Xi nodded as he looked through the list of agencies, albums, and dramas Li Yue had been involved in.

"Let me give you a rough idea of what your duties will be. But you can come to me with any questions at any time," said You Lun, leaning on the table.

»You will pick up and drive your protégé everywhere, make sure he is protected from fans and paparazzi, and that he doesn't do anything stupid. However, Li Yue is pretty easy to take care of. He's not interested in anything except his career anyway. Not even a hint of an affair in over twenty years in showbiz," he explained.

"His managers handle his appointments and scheduling. You will only receive the locations of your next destinations on your work cell phone. At fan meetings, please maintain a certain distance. Gifts must be checked. Are there any harmful substances on or in the gifts? Weapons, cameras, and so on."

Cheng Xi nodded, showing that he was listening and following You Lun's explanations attentively.

"You will not be working alone most of the time you are on the road, but you are hired as personal bodyguards.

This includes not only being on-site during Li Yue's working hours but also taking care of more private matters. You should be his first point of contact in the morning and his last in the evening, and make him feel safe,« You Lun concluded his explanation. Cheng Xi nodded again. In fact, Xiao Zhi had already given him a detailed briefing on his new job. In exchange for a pretty hot night.

Gao Xiao Zhi would never openly admit it and had been unsuccessfully dating women for years, but when he got the chance, he was only too happy to let Cheng Xi fuck him.

You Lun stood up and motioned for Cheng Xi to follow him. They left the room and entered the lobby. Glass elevators moved elegantly up and down the glass and steel building. One of the elevators came straight to the first floor and opened in front of them. You Lun smiled and pointed to the man who was coming out.

"Zhang Xiangsheng, this is your new protégé, Li Yue!" his boss introduced him. The man who had just stepped out of the elevator glanced briefly at Cheng Xi.

"Aha!" was all he had to say before turning away again and walking past Cheng Xi. His gaze seemed bored, indifferent. Nevertheless, with his perfectly coordinated clothes, makeup, and cool demeanor, he looked like the perfect idol. Li Yue stopped in front of the door once more and looked back at Cheng Xi.

"If I may ask, Mr. Bodyguard," he remarked snidely, pointing to the roaring crowd in front of the doors of Chengxing Entertainment. Cheng Xi was at his side in a few steps. Although Li Yue was a year older than him, Cheng Xi towered over him by at least a head. Their eyes met: cool detachment versus burgeoning murderousness.

Of course, Ye Xiangsheng had been looking for someone with sufficient social skills, and Li Yue obviously didn't have any. Cheng Xi sighed inwardly before pushing open the door to the screaming mob and shielding Li Yue with his body from the intrusive fans. Well, this was going to be fun.
