This is the bonus chapter for reaching 1400 Powerstones.

Guided by an Imperial official assigned to assist him, Zeke strolled through the inner districts surrounding the Imperial Palace on Terra, looking around as he inspected potential properties.
Land prices on Terra were worth their weight in gold, not just because of the scarcity of the location, but because of the safety.
The closer one was to the Imperial Palace, the closer one was to the supreme seat of power and the most elite guards of the Imperium.
In Warhammer 40k, safety speaks for itself; thus, the closer to the Imperial City, the exponentially higher the housing prices rose.
Anyone capable of buying a house on the edge of the Inner Palace was no small figure.
Of course, this wasn't a problem for Zeke—after all, someone else had already paid the bill.
"What do you think of this location?"
The Imperial official pointed to a building not far away that possessed a distinct Ecclesiarchy style.
It had soaring Gothic spires inlaid with massive holy icons and rose windows.
Zeke shook his head. "I just want an empty plot of land. The kind without any buildings on it."
"Just the land?" The Imperial official was confused. It was the first time he had heard such a strange request.
"Is it that you dislike the style of this building, my Lord? It doesn't matter, we can look over here..."
The official assumed the style of the house didn't suit the taste of the Lord before him and pointed to another one.
Zeke pursed his lips. Tacky. It was simply too tacky. He really couldn't compliment the Imperium's architectural style.
Basically, every building was engraved with all sorts of flashy reliefs; it really didn't match Zeke's taste.
Zeke glanced at the Imperial official and repeated his request.
Who was Zeke? A master builder!
A Block-Person builds their own house when they need one. If you bring me a plot with a house already on it, I'd just have to knock it down.
Cold sweat broke out on the Imperial official's forehead. In this palace zone spanning dozens of miles...
Aside from the area directly facing the front of the Imperial Palace—a massive platform reserved for pilgrims coming to admire the Emperor's great achievements and pray—everything else was already built up.
There were no plots without buildings.
Zeke looked toward the front of the Palace.
Every day, vast numbers of people came to look up at the Emperor's glory, so that open area was sufficiently large.
Importantly, the foot traffic in this place was high.
When the time came, everyone would be able to appreciate Zeke's perfect architecture.
It was time to give the Terrans a little Minecraft architectural shock!
"That spot right there!" Zeke slapped his forehead, deciding to open the Emperor's eyes to something new.
On this plaza, Zeke flexed his skills, pulling out a blueprint to establish his Base No. 3.
It was the familiar "Matchbox," popping up on the plaza like a mushroom.
"Ah, your taste is truly... unique," the Imperial official said, wiping his sweat and swallowing the words 'this place isn't for sale'.
If he hadn't seen it wrong, the man before him had just waved his hand, and the structure before them had been constructed instantly.
The official didn't dare think too much about what kind of ability this was. As an insignificant nobody, his way of survival was to ask less and listen less.
As usual, Zeke built two things in the center of the camp.
One was a Nether Portal, and the other was also a Nether Portal.
One led to Cadia and another to Macragge.
–
Bela's progress in the Botania Tech Tree had yielded delightful results; he had successfully cultivated several functional flowers.
For example, the Jiyuulia.
Its ability consumed a small amount of mana to prevent nearby monsters from entering.
The defensive range was spherical, capable of blocking monsters from both the sky and underground.
Zeke had already thought of a use for it. Although the Khorne forces rising in the outer city had been repelled, there were still remnants hiding among the civilians, waiting for a chance to strike.
These could be planted in Terra's outer city to act as city defenses and sanctuaries.
When danger struck, civilians could hide near these flowers.
Since they constantly consumed mana, Flowers capable of producing mana needed to be planted nearby, which Bela had also synthesized.
"You did a good job, Bela." Zeke patted Bela heavily on the back. "What's the current output?"
"As much as you want," Bela said, moving dozens of crates of Jiyuulia out of the Nether Portal.
The raw materials were simple, requiring only four colors of petals and wheat seeds, along with two mass-producible runes: the Rune of Air and the Rune of Water.
Zeke picked up the crates of Jiyuulia. Paired with the mana-producing Flowers and planted in sets of two, the Jiyuulia could take effect.
Chancellor Tieron heard about these miraculous flowers and rushed over immediately.
At the edge of the plaza, Bela gave a personal demonstration.
The description of "monsters" in the Jiyuulia was broad, including even some dangerous animals.
He had brought in a few large rodents from Cadia using the Nether Portal.
Eight meters away from the pinkish-white flower, the rodent charging at the front was pushed away in mid-air.
The same happened with larger creatures.
"It's true!" Chancellor Tieron watched with unblinking eyes, his excitement overflowing.
The small-scale Chaos attacks that had plagued Terra for so long now had a low-cost solution.
He looked at Zeke and praised sincerely, "As expected of 'that man' Guilliman spoke of."
Zeke caught a specific keyword, and his face darkened. "How exactly did that guy Guilliman mention me to you?"
Tieron laughed it off, changing the subject. He leaned close to a Jiyuulia and took a deep breath.
"Ahem, this flower is not only powerful but also quite beautiful. I can even smell a crisp, faint fragrance. Truly wonderful."
Bela dutifully reported the planting requirements of the Jiyuulia clearly to Tieron.
Tieron nodded repeatedly as he listened. As an experienced administrator, he quickly understood the strategic operational points.
"I understand. I will immediately draft personnel to prioritize trial planting and defense deployment at key outposts of the outer wall and around civilian gathering areas."
He acted with lightning speed, immediately summoning the accompanying scribes to begin assigning tasks.
Zeke stopped Tieron just as he wanted to leave. "By the way, I heard Terra is extremely short of water."
Zeke seemed to recall Guilliman mentioning this matter.
"Correct." Tieron nodded.
"Thousands of years ago, the last ocean on Terra dried up. Most water is transported from other planets."
No wonder. Zeke recalled what Terra looked like when viewed from Luna—a dirt-gray planet without a trace of azure blue.
"Without water, everything from agriculture to industry to people's livelihood is affected. Growing food crops on Terra is very difficult."
No water? What's the big deal?
It was time to let the Imperium see what "four pits and two buckets of water" meant.
Zeke enunciated clearly, "Chancellor Tieron, have you ever heard of... the Infinite Water Source?"
"Infinite water?"
