Chapter 3: Testing New Power
Ling Yu walked up to a training dummy ten meters away. He gripped a kunai, squared his shoulders toward the target, closed his eyes, and steadied his breathing while gathering his chakra.
Whoosh—
In moments, a faint blue glow enveloped his entire body. His eyes snapped open. Without hesitation, he hurled the kunai forward.
The instant the kunai traveled just one meter, Ling Yu locked his gaze onto it.
His blue-white pupils instantly gained concentric rings—the Rinnegan activated.
Tenfold Amplification: Shinra Tensei
He multiplied the repulsive force by ten and focused every bit of it into a single point.
BOOM—
The kunai shattered the sound barrier, tearing through the air with a deafening sonic crack as it rocketed toward the target like a launched missile.

Accelerated by the amplified repulsion, the kunai punched straight through the center of the dummy, blasting a head-sized hole clean through it.

Still carrying terrifying momentum, the kunai continued flying until it slammed into the far wall, embedding deep inside.
Dust and debris exploded outward, filling the entire underground chamber and obscuring Ling Yu's vision.
When the smoke finally cleared, the damage was revealed.
The upper half of the training dummy had been completely obliterated—shards scattered everywhere.
In the wall directly ahead loomed a gaping hole half a meter deep and tall enough for a person to step through.
The kunai itself had vanished, buried somewhere deep within the stone.
"Hiss… That powerful?"
Ling Yu couldn't help but draw in a sharp breath. The sheer destruction caused by one ordinary kunai left him stunned for a long moment.
He hadn't expected focusing the repulsive force into a pinpoint would produce such catastrophic results.
Still… when he recalled Pain's later Super Shinra Tensei that had devastated half of Konoha, he realized his current output was still far too weak in comparison.
"It's because my chakra reserves are too low. And this tenfold amplification burns through chakra like crazy—I just lost a third of my total in one go."
Feeling the sharp drop in his chakra pool, Ling Yu gave a wry smile.
His reserves were still too small for repeated use of such techniques. For now, it would have to remain a trump card for surprise attacks.
"I've got a good grasp on the power now. Let's see what I can do with my remaining 6000 Exchange Points."
He opened the system shop.

Ling Yu skipped past Bloodlines and Ninjutsu entirely.
He already had the Sage Body, and with most of the Senju clan's resources at his disposal—plus Tsunade's personal guidance—he could access almost any high-level Konoha ninjutsu without spending points.
"Weapons aren't my thing either. That leaves Taijutsu—my weakest area right now."
He filtered for taijutsu options.

His eyes skimmed past the high-risk Eight Gates and the Byakugan-dependent Gentle Fist, landing firmly on the Six Powers from the One Piece world.
Rokushiki consisted of six techniques:
Soru (Shave) Tekkai (Iron Body) Kami-e (Paper Art) Geppo (Moon Step) Rankyaku (Tempest Kick) Shigan (Finger Pistol)
A complete and extremely powerful taijutsu system—for 5000 points.

In the next instant, the complete training methods and movements of all six techniques flooded into his mind one by one. With each technique he reviewed, he instantly comprehended and mastered it perfectly.

"Time to test it out!"
Ling Yu stepped into an open area of the training ground.

He leaped high, spinning once in mid-air. A crescent-shaped blue-white air slash shot from his leg, streaking across the chamber.

The slash slammed into a dummy, shattering it instantly.
Without pausing, he chained into the next move.

His body blurred and vanished—reappearing ten meters away in the blink of an eye beside another target.
Shigan!!
Finger extended like a bullet, he stabbed forward at blinding speed, leaving afterimages in the air. Combined with the Rinnegan's perfect perception, every strike landed precisely on vital points.
In just a few breaths, the dummy was riddled with fingertip-sized craters, utterly destroyed.

After running through the full set several times, Ling Yu finally stopped, exhaling deeply.
He analyzed the consumption:
"Rokushiki mainly drains physical stamina, not chakra. In situations where chakra runs dry, this could be a perfect surprise trump card."
Sitting cross-legged, he began recovering his stamina.

Multiple Shadow Clone Technique
He dismissed the system interface, rested for a moment, then created ten shadow clones.
"Keep extracting chakra as fast as possible," he ordered them.
With the Sage Body's immense vitality, he wasn't worried about long-term side effects.
"It's already seven in the evening. I've wasted too much time—I need to hurry and visit Granny Mito."
Leaving the clones in the training ground, Ling Yu quickly changed clothes in his room and headed straight toward a certain area of the Senju clan compound.
