Kushina replied as she raised her hand and used a bit of her nail to cut a finger so blood began slowly dripping onto the contract under the part of her name. "I wish to marry you. You probably already realised that I am doing this for my son's safety. But if you agree, I shall become your new wife and be married to you for the rest of your remaining life."
Hiruzen read the contract, which was a simple marriage contract. It would make Kushina and Naruto part of the Sarutobi clan, protected by Hiruzen and his clan, meaning no other clan could ever touch them both. This protection lasted even if Hiruzen died, which was something that the Hokage noted.
After reading the contract, he looked at Kushina with a small smirk. "This is quite an offer, Kushina. But I am particularly worried about this note about you and Naruto being protected even after my death. Is this a plan to assassinate me as soon as I sign the contract?" Hiruzen asked with a small smirk, as he didn't think that Kushina was that kind of person. But in the world of ninjas, you can never be safe.
Kushina shook her head. "It was just to be secured since you are quite… old," Kushina said bluntly, which would have offended some people, but Hiruzen wasn't bothered by it, as most of his students called him old.
"Well, you aren't wrong. I am far over my prime. But I am still more than capable of putting any arrogant shinobi in his place with my fists," Hiruzen said confidently, which made Kushina smile a bit.
"I don't doubt it. But suppose you are worried that I might try to assassinate you. In that case, I shall put in a special condition seal that would prevent me from doing anything against you and become your obedient wife," Kushina added, as she really needed Hiruzen to agree to this contract. Hiruzen listened to Kushina's offer and gave a single nod.
"If you put that condition on yourself, to become my obedient wife who will never betray me and do everything that I tell you to. I shall agree to the marriage contract," Hiruzen replied as Kushina nodded.
She walked over and added those conditions to the contract, which left only Hiruzen to sign it to make it official. Hiruzen looked over at the contract as he couldn't help but smirk, as this might be the most interesting thing that had happened to him when he came back as Hokage. So, raising his hand over the contract, he brought a kunai that he had hidden in his robe and cut his finger to make a bit of his blood drip onto the paper.
Soon the special chakra ink started glowing along with the blood as both Kushina and Hiruzen felt something happening to their bodies as both were now married in ancient ninja law as this sort of method of marriage was actually outdated and not used anymore because of how people could exploit these contract conditions with nobody can break from unless both parties agree to it.
And now both Hiruzen and Kushina are bonded together with this contract as they were both husband and wife, with both of them having to hold their end of the deal.
Hiruzen stood up from his seat and stored the scroll away on his arm. He walked over to Kushina, who looked at the older man, who was a bit shorter than Kushina, thanks to his old age.
Kushina looked at the third Hokage, who, despite his age, was capable of walking just fine. The old man looked at the widowed woman and couldn't stop himself from smirking a bit.
"You know what you need to do as my new wife," Hiruzen said with a smirk as Kushina nodded her head. She has already accepted that she has to do this, and it is too late to reconsider or do anything about it.
Kushina didn't want to admit it out of respect for Minato, but she always wondered what it would be like to sleep with another man. Being a single mother can be stressful, and the best way to unwind from some stress is to get a good fuck. The first thing that Kushina noticed was the strong taste of tobacco on Hiruzen's lips, but Kushina ignored it as she continued pressing her lips onto his. Hiruzen moved his arms and suddenly pulled Kushina closer to him strongly and dominantly, which made her shudder.
It has been a few months since she last felt the touch of a man on her body, and the difference between Hiruzen and Minato was quite easy to tell. Minato was soft and caring, no matter what. Even in a dangerous situation, he would always hold her with care ever since they were kids. But Hiruzen was different.
