Victor said to William in astonishment:
"How can I save the world and change its fate? I am not strong, I have no combat talent, my body is weak, and I have no muscles."
William said:
"Physical strength is not everything in war or fighting; what matters is mental strength. You must use your mind as you did today when you evaded the clown Bozo."
Victor replied:
"Did you watch everything from afar and not try to save me?"
William said:
"I was watching from afar to discover your skills, and what is special about you that makes you the savior of this miserable world."
Then he began laughing in an irritating way, the room was quiet, and the echo of his laughter filled the place. Victor was angry, and his hand trembled.
Victor started shouting:
"Hey, you! Don't treat me like a child!"
William replied:
"I'm not treating you like a child, but you are the one acting like a child."
Then he also said:
"I will ask you for something. If you can accomplish it, you will be ready to know the secrets of the necklaces and your uncle's journals."
Victor said, surprised and confused:
"What is your request?"
William replied:
"You wanted the test? Get up."
Victor got up from his bed, thinking about the test, scratching his head, and wondering:
"What is this important test?"
He suddenly bumped into the wall of the room.
William said jokingly:
"Look who wants to save this miserable world!"
Victor said:
"I don't like jokes, you!"
As they walked through the castle, Victor saw for the first time in his life strange things: armors, swords, and old weapons. He wandered among the relics and ancient weapons.
William said to him:
"Do you see this room? Enter it, and the test is to stay in this room for two weeks without leaving. I want you to think only about this problem."
Victor said to William:
"I will tell you, but listen carefully... A man walks on a road that splits into two paths: the first path leads to the City of Truth, where no one ever lies. The second path leads to the City of Lies, where no one ever tells the truth."
"I will send you your food and drink every day without opening the door for you."
Victor said:
"But this test is difficult!"
William said:
"If you cannot do it, you can leave. Haha! And next time you see the clown, cry like a little girl, and don't call me to save you, do you hear me?"
Victor said:
"Alright."
Then William replied:
"Think well, and don't try to escape. If you try to escape from here, I will kill you."
