"You say you took the time to investigate so as not to make a mistake?" Mervan asked, looking over the entire report and the confirmations. "And you discovered that Silas Merchant didn't actually do anything wrong, but that it was his twin brother, Scylas?"
"Yes, sir. By investigating the surroundings and talking to people who knew the situation, we were able to find out the whole background. Of course, we didn't trust it until we saw the irrefutable evidence."
