Edward did not return to his room; instead, he went to meet with his instructor in charge.
Knock, knock. In the instructors' offices, he knocked repeatedly on the door marked "Instructor Mervan."
"Come in." A voice came from the other side.
Edward entered.
Mervan looked up to see who it was and, after confirming, returned to his business. He was sitting behind a desk with a stack of documents on the table. On either side were shelves filled with books, documents, and a variety of other items.
The office wasn't very big; it was longer than it was wide, but it only had a few chairs, a desk, and neatly arranged books, so it looked spacious.
"Greetings, Instructor Mervan." Edward was respectful and greeted him. Mervan wasn't just any ordinary instructor either. Although he wasn't at Kael Vorren's level, he was still a Sergeant.
