Brown, the student on the other side, didn't even turn around to look, but sneered. "As usual, that trash Lux is pissing off the teachers."
With a grunt, he turned around to insult him face-to-face, but then his jaw dropped.
The other one who had arrived didn't think much of Edward, so he was genuinely surprised that there was a 2-star student among them. But Brown and the professor knew very well who he was.
The professor frowned. "That uniform... Where did you get it?" he asked, puzzled. "I remind you that wearing star uniforms that do not belong to you is a crime punishable by academy law."
Despite his words, his tone had softened.
Finally, Brown understood. "Did you steal the uniform from one of the students, Lux?" He was genuinely surprised.
And steal the uniform of a 2-star student? Was he crazy?
Edward rolled his eyes at these two. He didn't know who was worse. The professor for saying such nonsense, or the other idiot for believing that a question was a statement.
