"Why don't you bow to me again, Lucheng? You must greet me with respect if you want my recognition." The first thing Xiaotian did was mock him.
"Shut up." Lucheng roared in a whisper muffled by his own mouth so as not to reveal his embarrassment.
His pride had been hurt more than once by this guy. Once when they were young, he lost miserably in a duel against him after bragging... and then he did it again.
He even acknowledged him as his superior!
Lucheng couldn't bear the shame.
If the earth didn't swallow him up, then he had only one alternative: to destroy the source of his discomfort.
So he gripped his sword and took a deep breath to calm himself.
"Since you come here thinking that the previous duel should be taken into account, I will teach you a lesson," Lucheng whispered so that only Xiaotian could hear him.
Xiaotian sneered with his sword pointed at him. "Go ahead then. Let me see what it means to fight someone from the Elemental Root Realm."
