Suddenly a helicopter appeared behind Alastor and the other before the woman with pink hair smiled, making Alastor retract his abilities.
"Hahaha, you made a mistake, mister, we're not your enemy. That is~" The woman with pink hair pointed the helicopter, making Alastor growl and the other people scowl.
"Falcon 4 to commander. We've arrived at the light source and found the red fang gang. And one mysterious deer looking guy." The guy in the helicopter spoke into his microphone before Alastor had a tick on his forehead as he widened his smile.
"So that deer guy's lightning... was that to attract the helicopter?!" The guy yelled, while the woman just smiled.
"Well, no, that was not calculated. But it's your turn to choose, crybaby~ you can stay and fight us and then get caught by public security or... you can let us go and all of us live." The woman with pink hair just smugly grinned before Alastor widened his smile at the guy's irritation.
"Damn you, cunning hares." The guy gritted his teeth before the woman with pink hair just grinned.
"Falcon 4, attack order received." The guy in the helicopter suddenly nodded before firing a massive missile at the area where they were at.
"This... little whiny motherfuck-" Alastor groaned before breaking the window using his shadows and tries to restrain the blast before it knocked him and the cunning hares down a hole.
-Inside the Hollow-
Alastor groaned before slowly stand up and grabbing his staff and stabbing it into the ground.
"Now, where the hell am I?" Alastor rubbed the back of his head before slowly turning his head to absorb the scenery, there was essentially nothing to look at besides train wrecks and useless junk. The moment took a step however, two Ethereals appeared in front of him.
"This is just what I need to clear my headache~" Alastor's antlers grew more before he laughed maniacally and lifted himself off the ground with his shadow tendrils.
"AHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Alastor sent his shadow tendrils towards the Ethereals, killing them instantly before he lowered himself back onto the floor before fiddling with his staff. Before suddenly, a sword came towards his neck that he blocked with his staff. Alastor took a step back before glaring and growling at Anby and Billy, who aimed a gun at him.
"Aw~ why the sudden hostility?" Alastor tilted his head before Anby glared at him. Anby rushed towards Alastor again with lightning crackling in her blade, Alastor sent the shadow tendrils at her before she dodged all of it and brought the blade at Alastor's neck, making Alastor block with his staff again before flying back. Billy took this chance and blasted Alastor with multiple bullets, making Alastor use his shadows to block the attacks.
"He won't die so easily, is this a new type of Ethereal?" Anby took a step back before Billy aimed at Alastor again, shooting multiple bullets at Alastor, making him duck and hide behind a wall.
"Dunno, but it's strong. We can still win though, probably." Billy slowly walked towards the train wreck that Alastor was hiding behind.
"Tch... fucking hell... I still don't know how to use most of this." Alastor swiftly appeared behind the train wreck and blasted the two of them with shadow tentacles again, Anby easily slashed through the tentacles before Billy aimed a gun at Alastor's head while stomping on his back to prevent him from moving.
"Sorry, it's nothing personal, we're regular people, you're monsters... we're destined to be enemies. I'll aim for your weak spot, it won't hurt." Billy attempted to click his gun before the gun fired out nothing.
"Hmm? Uh-oh, forgot to reload!" Billy took his gun and foot off Alastor's back before Alastor swiftly stood up and blocked another attack from Anby.
"Stay focused." Anby warned Billy before Alastor pushed Anby back before his smile flickered on his face.
"Wait, I have a proposal for you." Alastor held out his hand before Anby and Billy all stared at him with curiosity in their eyes.
"A proposal?" Anby kept her hand on the blade and Billy kept his gun near Alastor's head while Alastor just simply smiled before fiddling with his staff.
"We keep going back and forth and back and forth and really, it's just going to take a toll on our stamina and your weaponry. It's also grown really tiresome, and quite boring, actually. And it's making it harder for me to do what I have to do." Alastor twirled his staff around before speaking through it.
"How about this? We don't fight each other until we exit this garbage place? I'll help you fight off those monsters, in return, all I ask for is one... little, tiny favor, first, we leave this place without us wanting to fight each other, is that acceptable?" Alastor smiled at them while Anby just stared at Alastor with caution essentially written in her eyes. Billy and Anby looked at each other for a swift second before Anby sighed.
"Deal, but if you are actually some sort of monster, we'll kill you." Anby glared at Alastor before Alastor adjusted his bowtie before grinning even wider.
"I never break deals~" Alastor grinned before the three of them suddenly turned towards a person, who was essentially covered in ether. The trio slowly ventured their way towards the man, whose hand had turned into a sword before he stabbed into the rocks. Anby eyed the strongbox beside the man.
"The strongbox is right beside his feet." Anby eyed the box before Billy chuckled.
"You're right, saves us time from finding it." Billy chuckled before Alastor readied his staff and growled at the man covered in Ether crystals.
Anby slowly tiptoed her way towards the strongbox before Billy grabbed her by the arm.
"Woah, slow down, Anby, what do you think you're doing?" Billy questioned Anby, who just turned towards Billy.
"Cath the guy, then recover the strongbox." Anby emotionless said to Billy before Alastor's deer ears perked up at the man before gripping his staff harder.
"I don't think that's the best choice right there~ it seems like the ether corruption has really got to him, huh? Seems like he's weak for letting the corruption get to him." Alastor spoke through a radio filter, making the man covered in ether crystal turn to him.
"Ugh... destroy... destroy... DESTROY!!! THE DEER!!!" The man's face started to be slowly eaten away by a dark green core on the left side of his head as the area started to be swallowed by a light green light. Turning the man into an ethereal with a sword for his hand.
"This guy looks real tough, get ready, Anby!" Billy yelled at Anby, before Alastor stopped Anby with his staff.
"What's this for?" Anby glared at Alastor, who just replied to her with a smile on his face.
"Ooh~ I just want to get my fair share of fun, I haven't been able to get my fun at all today. Now... finally, a fight with someone that might actually be a challenge~" Alastor twirled his staff around before lifting himself in the sky using his shadow tendrils. Green lightning surrounded him before he blasted the shadow tendrils towards the ethereal, making the thing use his shield to block.
Alastor rushed the ethereal with a maniacal grin on his face before multiple shadow tendrils continued to be blasted towards the ethereal. The ethereal attempted to block with his shield before he slashed his sword towards Alastor, Alastor swiftly blocked the attack with his staff before grinning even wider.
"Your screams... will make for a satisfying broadcast!" Alastor sent a wave of radio waves towards the ethereal, making him stumble backwards before Alastor rushed in and crushed the ethereal's shield with his claws, sending him crashing into a wall.
Alastor grinned before smiling at Billy and Anby before taking a step forward, "Now, shall we venture forward?" Alastor twirled his staff before walking away, Billy and Anby just stared at him with curious goes before they swiftly passed Alastor.
-In a dark void-
Shido stared at himself, staring at his palms, before slamming his hands onto the floor and screaming.
"I HAD IT!!! WITH REN GONE, THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY MOMENT!!! I GATHERED EVERYONE!!! WHY COULD I STILL NOT SUCCEED?!" Shido yelled into the void before clawing at his face and yelling at the void.
"Shido Akechi... the rival and the only one who could match Ren Kurusu in terms of power, intellect and influence. How pitiful that you had to go out this way~" Shido stared up at the mysterious voice before it could be seen with a pair of rainbow eyes staring him down from the throne.
"But oh well, dying to a TV falling on your head at the peak of your power, how pathetic is that, really~" Shu just laughed at Shido continuously before Shido rushed towards him and grabbed his collar.
"HOW DARE YOU LAUGH-" Shido's arm suddenly flew off before Shu just grinned at him.
"No need to get angry at me now, I'm not the one who killed you, or I might've been, who knows." Shu shoved Shido down to the floor before a flame lit up from his fingertips.
"Listen to me, Shido Akechi, do you know what you are doing now? You are dead, you died with every one of your followers. So, now you have 2 choices, you can... let's say die and live a tortured soul in hell or... you can follow your shitty little rival into the world where I reincarnated him into." Shu just looked down condescendingly at Shido before crossing his legs with a smile on his face.
"So, what will it be? You want to live a pitiful existence always relying on others? Or will you finally take charge of your life for once and finally beat that Ren Kurusu?" Shu leaned in and smirked while flames surrounded Shido. Shido growled at the flames as the flames exposed Ren, now reincarnated as Alastor standing in front of Shido.
"You really are pathetic aren't you, Shido? Asking me for help? I thought you were pathetic, but I never thought you were this weak~" Ren's voice echoed through the fire, making Shido grip his hair before yelling into the fire and try to punch through it.
"I'LL DO IT!!! I'LL DO IT!!! I'LL REINCARNATE INTO WHATEVER HELL HE IS IN!! IN RETURN, I WANT TO BE REINCARNATED AS THE STRONGEST SINNER IN HELL!!!" Shido yelled at Shu, who just make a smirk at Shido's rage.
"That's fine with me~" Shu smirked before Shido's shadow twisted into a wicked form where a TV now replaced his head before Shido gripped his head.
"Have fun, Shido Akechi~ make sure the radio doesn't kill you~ the greatest video star to exist." Shu kicked Shido into the void before Shido tried to reach for Shu, only for the hole to completely disappear and swallowing up Shido.
"Hmm... out of the 100 billion souls that have been sent to hell and reincarnated into different worlds, I've never seen 2 as interesting as those 2, Ren Kurusu and Shido Akechi, I wish upon you 2... a life of pain, suffering and most of all... entertainment~ entertain me here, the two lost souls." Shu smirked before snapping out all of the fire, leaving everything in complete darkness.
