Chapter 6 - chapter6 love is open

After all the wedding rituals were completed, when Arin hugged her best friend Min-ji to share her joy, the lights in the grand hall slowly dimmed. A single golden spotlight settled on Arin and Seo-Young. The noise of the crowd faded in an instant, as if the world itself had paused.

Seo-Young gently took Arin's hands into his own. Arin was dressed in a magnificent royal gown so heavy it had taken ten people to carry it. A diamond crown rested on her head, and her eyes shimmered with countless fulfilled dreams. Seo-Young looked into her eyes and softly pulled her closer.

As Arin drowned in the depth of Seo-Young's gaze, he slowly leaned forward. In front of thousands of people, amid thunderous applause, Seo-Young placed a deep, lingering kiss on Arin's lips.

There was no artificial drama in that kiss—only pure gratitude. It was a tribute to the girl who had crossed oceans and changed his life. Arin closed her eyes, surrendering to the moment. To her, the royal palace of Seoul, the diamond crown, and the expensive gown meant nothing compared to the warmth of this man's chest.

When Seo-Young finally pulled back, Arin's cheeks were flushed with shy crimson. Resting his forehead against hers, he whispered,

"From today, you are not just my wife. You are my soul. The world will remember our journey."

The entire hall rose to its feet in respect. From the gallery, Arin's parents wiped their tears as they watched. The ordinary girl from Dhaka had truly written an immortal poem of love.

The First Night

After the grand reception ended, Arin entered Seo-Young's vast mansion bedroom, completely exhausted. Handling the enormous royal dress alone was impossible. Standing before the mirror, she struggled to remove her crown.

1. Seo-Young's Help

Seo-Young entered the room and saw Arin fighting with the heavy gown. Smiling, he stepped closer and gently began unfastening the countless buttons and zippers from behind. Watching her reflection in the mirror, he paused.

Seo-Young:

"Tonight, you look like the happiest woman in the world, Arin."

2. Arin's Fear

Arin turned and rested her head against his chest.

Arin:

"I am happy… but I'm also scared. Such success, such honor—it all feels like a dream. What if the dream suddenly breaks?"

Seo-Young lifted her chin gently.

"Our dream is reality now, Arin. And protecting that reality is my responsibility."

3. The Midnight Call

At that intimate moment, Seo-Young's phone rang. No one dared to call him at midnight unless it was urgent. As soon as he answered, his expression darkened. It was the head of security.

4. The Remaining Conspiracy

Shi-Hyun had been released on bail and had launched a new kind of digital attack—this time targeting Arin's family. A false rumor was spreading online, claiming Arin's father had been a criminal in Bangladesh. A complete lie.

5. Arin's Reaction

Arin froze. Her parents were resting in a Seoul hotel. By morning, they might see this humiliation. Tears streamed down her face. On her wedding night, darkness had returned instead of joy.

Seo-Young opened his laptop, his eyes burning with lethal intent.

Seo-Young:

"Shi-Hyun thinks he'll survive? He has no idea who he challenged. Arin, change into something comfortable. I'll rip out this poison tonight."

Arin grabbed his hand.

"No. I'm coming with you. I'm not a coward who hides and cries anymore. Let's end this battle before sunrise."

She wiped her tears and quickly changed her clothes. She understood now—being a queen of a palace meant nothing compared to protecting her family's honor.

A Wedding Night of War

1. Operation: Media Control

Seo-Young summoned his ten trusted IT experts and lawyers to the mansion at midnight. The living room transformed into a war room.

Seo-Young:

"Within one hour, I want every trace of this fake news erased from the internet. And I want the IP addresses of everyone who spread it."

2. Arin's Brave Move

Arin refused to stay silent. She decided to go live on her phone. Seo-Young tried to stop her.

Arin:

"No. This is my fight."

She went live and showed the world her father's simple life, his struggles, and their small home in Bangladesh. She shared moments of Seo-Young with her family. Within minutes, millions watched. Shi-Hyun's lies became a global joke.

3. Finding the Hideout

The IT team tracked Shi-Hyun's location—an underground club in Seoul. He was enjoying his scheme, unaware his time was almost over.

4. The Confrontation

Seo-Young and Arin arrived at the club—still partly in wedding attire. Shi-Hyun dropped his drink in shock.

Seo-Young grabbed his collar and slammed him against the wall.

Seo-Young:

"I sent you to prison to reform you. But you touched my family. No one can save you now."

5. Arin's Slap

Arin stepped forward and slapped Shi-Hyun hard.

Arin:

"This slap is from the 'ordinary girl' you thought was weak. My family is my strength—not my weakness."

The police arrested Shi-Hyun. This time, the charges would keep him behind bars for life.

Victory at Dawn

As they returned home, the sun was rising. They had spent their wedding night fighting conspiracies.

Seo-Young hugged Arin.

Seo-Young:

"Tonight, you proved you're not just a star on stage—you're a true hero of life."

Arin smiled and rested her head on his shoulder. The Seoul sky looked clearer than ever.

The Smile She Didn't See

As dawn broke and Arin held Seo-Young peacefully, she believed the storm had ended. She didn't see the strange, sinister smile on his face.

While Arin whispered, "We can finally live in peace," there was no peace in Seo-Young's eyes. His smile was victorious—but hid something far darker.

The Truth

Seo-Young lifted her chin.

Seo-Young:

"Shi-Hyun was just a pawn, Arin. I orchestrated everything—to break you before the world so you'd cling to me forever. I wanted to be your savior… your god. Now you're my legal wife. You can't leave."

Arin stepped back, devastated.

Arin:

"You did this… on our wedding night? To control me?"

Seo-Young laughed.

Seo-Young:

"I love you. But I love controlling you more."

Ten men entered the room—no longer employees, but his private army. Arin realized she was trapped in a golden cage.

Arin's Awakening

Standing by the window, dawn outside but darkness within, Arin understood the truth. She was a trophy to him—not a partner.

Guards blocked her path. Her phone had no signal. The world believed she was happily married, unaware she was a prisoner.

But Arin's eyes burned with fire.

"I am a girl from Bangladesh," she thought. "I know how to fight."

Hidden inside her wedding dress was an old phone. She messaged Min-ji:

"Min-ji, I'm in danger. Save me."

Moments later, Seo-Young returned—blue roses in hand, fake tenderness in his eyes.

Seo-Young:

"Are you angry? Everything I did was for our future."

Arin smiled softly.

"No… I understand. I'm yours."

But inside her mind, a far more dangerous plan had already begun.Seo-Young's footsteps were slow and deliberate when he walked toward Arin, a single blue rose resting in his hand. The calmness in Arin's eyes convinced him he had finally claimed her completely. She didn't resist when he came closer. When she wrapped her arms around him, he smiled—

that infamous smile.

Sharper than before.

Crueler.

Almost triumphant.

He leaned close to her ear, laughter brushing against her skin like ice.

"Did you really think an old, hidden phone could save you?" he whispered. "Every signal in this city belongs to me."

Before Arin could react, he pulled the phone from his pocket—the very one she believed was safely hidden. Terror froze her body. Seo-Young raised it high, locking eyes with her, and smashed it against the floor. The sound echoed through the room as it shattered into lifeless pieces.

His laughter followed—loud, unrestrained, shaking the walls of the bungalow.

"Your message never reached Min-Ji," he said calmly. "It reached my server. I am the god of this world, Arin. And you… are my most beautiful captive."

Arin didn't scream.

She didn't cry.

She only watched him.

In that moment, she understood—this man was intoxicated by power. Blind. Dangerous.

At his signal, ten men entered silently and cleaned the broken phone as if nothing had happened. Seo-Young left without another word, locking the door behind him.

Darkness swallowed the room.

Yet in that darkness, Arin smiled faintly.

From the corner of the floor, her fingers closed around something small—

a memory card.

Seo-Young had broken the phone, not her mind.

Inside that card lay his secrets.

"Laugh," she whispered into the dark. "Your laughter will be your downfall."

She knew she had only one weapon left—calm calculation. Those men outside weren't loyal. They were paid. And money always speaks louder than power.

When night deepened, Arin called them inside.

She spoke softly. Steadily.

She opened her locker and revealed diamonds, jewelry, and signed checks—numbers far beyond what Seo-Young paid them.

"I'll give you three times more," she said. "Leave the city tonight. Shut down every system before you go."

Greed flickered in their eyes.

They agreed.

The house fell silent.

Cameras died. Doors unlocked.

At 2 a.m., Arin stood free.

She glanced once at Seo-Young sleeping peacefully nearby and whispered,

"You could've held me with love. Not fear."

She stepped outside.

Freedom was one step away.

Then—

Pain exploded through her scalp.

A hand like iron dragged her backward.

Before her scream escaped, darkness swallowed her again.

Seo-Young's smile this time was monstrous.

He had known.

He had planned it all.

The men hadn't betrayed him.

They had only pretended.

Arin was thrown onto the bed, her escape crushed beneath his weight and his fury. The room felt smaller. Colder. Trapped.

Rage burned in his eyes as he loomed over her, voice trembling with obsession.

"You thought you could buy my world?" he snarled. "This city, this house, this life—everything bends to me."

Tears slid down Arin's cheeks as fear tightened her chest.

Then—

everything stopped.

The violence vanished.

Seo-Young released her hands slowly, almost gently. His touch softened, his breath warm against her neck. The shift was terrifying—because it was tender.

"This," he murmured, "was never about breaking you."

His voice lowered.

"I wanted to see how far you'd go for your freedom."

Arin's breath shook as confusion replaced fear. His eyes no longer burned with rage—only hunger. Obsession. A twisted devotion.

"There were never guards," he whispered. "Only witnesses."

Her anger blurred. Her heart betrayed her logic. Shame flushed her cheeks—not from fear, but from the undeniable pull she hated herself for feeling.

"No cameras," he said softly. "No world. Just us."

Morning light found her still wrapped in that contradiction.

When she woke, Seo-Young was watching her, calm and unreadable.

She hid her face, blushing as memories crashed into her mind.

"You still want to run?" he asked quietly.

"You're cruel," she whispered. "Who scares someone like that?"

He smiled—not the devil's smile.

"This world is cruel," he replied. "From today, you're not just my wife. You're my power."

Later, the ten men stood before her, bowing low.

"They answer only to you now," Seo-Young declared.

From the balcony, Seoul stretched endlessly beneath them.

"Our journey won't begin here," he said. "We're going to Bangladesh. To where your childhood lives. Where we'll begin again."

Arin looked at him—dangerous, broken, impossible.

"You're strange," she said softly, pressing a kiss to his forehead.

"But you're mine."
