"For the Emperor, for honor!"
Alex roared, swinging his sword.
The arcing blade swept horizontally, slicing three Plague Zombies in half at the waist.
Bang! Bang!
The muzzle of the boltgun in his hand also flashed with fire.
Enemies exploded, turning into puddles of minced meat scattered across the ground.
Three Heavy Cavalry-class Servitors, originally by Father Tina's side, followed behind Alex, unleashing firepower into the tide of corpses.
They possessed heavy tracked chassis and oversized firepower.
Their muscular arms were equipped with large-caliber multi-barreled boltguns.
As the barrels rotated, the roar was incessant.
The surging tide of corpses instantly turned into a ground covered in minced meat and severed limbs.
They were also equipped with high-speed rotating circular saws or chainswords.
Approaching Plague Zombies were easily torn to shreds.
These Heavy Cavalry-class Servitors, converted from heinous criminals, were nothing short of war machines.
The Cultists' lasguns or autoguns could only leave a scorch mark or a bullet hole on their thick armor.
Relying on their massive size and fierce firepower, they easily carved a bloody path through the tide of corpses.
Tracks rolled over corpses, rotten flesh and broken bones mixing into a crimson mire.
"Charge! If you're too slow, you won't get any contribution points!"
"Don't let a single one escape!"
"Heavy Firepower Squad, keep up!"
"Fire in the hole!"
The Players followed behind Alex and the Heavy Cavalry-class Servitors, finishing off any stragglers.
Each of them howled, afraid of being too slow.
After all, participating in the battle earned 5000 contribution points and rescue rewards, plus extra rewards for killing enemies.
A major battle could net them at least seven or eight thousand.
If they were lucky, twenty or thirty thousand was not impossible.
This was much more enjoyable than "Cyber City" and "Old Six Battlefield"!
A low growl sounded.
A Nurgle Blessed appeared before Alex.
Its body was bloated and massive, covered in festering sores.
Flies crawled in and out of its rotting wounds.
Its swollen hand clutched a mucus-covered bone staff.
"Emperor's minion."
Its voice had a nauseating, sticky quality.
"Go back to your master."
After speaking, Alex activated the skill "Light of the Emperor."
Golden light erupted, causing the Nurgle Blessed to shriek and stumble backward.
Then, Alex put away his boltgun and Power Sword, and pulled out the Holy Judgement Blade with a backhand motion.
Dazzling electric arcs spread across the blade as the power field was activated.
The longsword swung with immense force.
The Nurgle Blessed attempted to block, but its bone staff was instantly severed.
The Power Sword struck the Nurgle Blessed's shoulder, cutting through the rotting flesh and causing it to burn, emitting a foul, scorched smell.
The Nurgle Blessed shrieked.
Alex released the skill "Light of the Emperor" again.
Under the intense golden light, the enemy's flesh melted, and its eyeballs turned into pus, flowing out of its eye sockets.
Finally, Alex pierced the Nurgle Blessed's body with the Holy Judgement Blade, turning it into a blazing torch until it was reduced to ashes.

As the light screen appeared, Alex hadn't had time to check it when he saw two Chimera transports and a group of Imperial soldiers rush out from B-14Y District.
Gunfire erupted, and enemies along the way fell one after another.
Without the Nurgle Blessed, the Nurgle Zombies became a disorganized mess.
They were no match for the Imperial soldiers and Players.
Seeing that the tide had turned, the Cultists scattered and fled.
Captain Aing looked excited, leading several soldiers across the battlefield, which was littered with severed limbs.
He came before Alex and respectfully performed the aquila salute.
"Thank you for your assistance, Guide. I am Captain Aing, commander of the Atoma 101st Regiment. I am now under your command."
"Thank the Emperor, for it is He who Guides us." Alex put away his weapons and returned the salute.
"Shall we continue to pursue those traitors? Please give the order, we will firmly execute your command." Captain Aing inquired.
Alex glanced at the soldiers behind Captain Aing, then shook his head.
"Your soldiers are exhausted, Captain Aing. Let them withdraw to the safe Y-107H Zone to rest first."
"Understood." Captain Aing saluted, then turned to organize the civilians to evacuate to the Y-107H Zone.
Alex, meanwhile, led the Players and the tireless war servitors to pursue the fleeing Cultists.
Along the way, they cleared out the Plague Zombies and took back the dockyard and port.
Lykard Space Station's Port District.
"Please, we know we were wrong."
"Forgive our sins."
Seven or eight Cultists trembled, kneeling on the ground, begging for forgiveness and mercy.
Alex and the others had slaughtered the Cultists and Plague Zombies in the port district.
Facing their offensive, the few surviving Cultists were terrified and knelt to beg for mercy.
"You don't know you were wrong; you know you're about to die."
Alex shook his head, raised his boltgun, and aimed it at a Cultist's head.
"The Empire will never show forgiveness to traitors."
"If there's a next life, remember, even dying twice is better than betraying the Emperor."
Bang.
A gunshot rang out, and the Cultist's head exploded.
The Players behind him also raised their guns, shooting the begging Cultists.
"Check the port district for any hidden enemies."
"I don't want the Imperial Glory to be blown to pieces by some turret as soon as it docks."
After giving the Players the task of cleaning up the battlefield, Alex went to the port's control area.
He prepared to call the Imperial Glory into the port.
Just then, a servitor skull flew to him, emitting Father Tina's voice.
"Guide, communication with the ground has been established. Von Valanxius wishes to speak with you."
"The Governor wants to speak with me?"
Alex pondered for a moment, then nodded, "Father Tina, connect the call."
The servitor skull buzzed as it flew before Alex.
Its eyes projected pulse beams, forming a holographic communication projection in mid-air.
A man in luxurious robes appeared in the projection.
He respectfully performed the aquila salute to Alex.
"Greetings, esteemed Guide, spokesperson of the Emperor."
"I have heard of your deeds. Praise the Emperor for sending you to save us lost sheep in this time of crisis."
"We urgently hope for aid. The outer areas of Tirien Hive City have fallen, and my soldiers have been forced to retreat from the lower districts and factories."
"More and more people in the city are infected with the plague, and medical technicians are helpless. Only the prayers of Ecclesiarchy priests can alleviate their pain for a moment."
"Without support, Tirien Hive City will not last much longer. The Light of the Emperor will completely fade on Planet Atoma, and the survivors will only be able to await death in despair."
Alex stared intently at the Governor in the projection and shook his head: "I apologize, the Imperial Glory encountered some unforeseen circumstances and is currently short on personnel. It will be difficult to provide you with substantial assistance."
Von Valanxius immediately pleaded upon hearing this.
"Father Tina has already told me about your situation. As a God Chosen of the Emperor, you should not so cruelly refuse His people."
"Moreover, if you can help us resolve this crisis, the Valanxius Family will swear eternal loyalty to you."
