I just got back from the doctor, and it seems that it's mainly due to a condition I'm treating for high triglycerides, for which I'm already taking pills, but apparently adding caffeine to the treatment gave me headaches and made me faint, so I can't consume any more caffeine... A bullet would hurt less.
