At this our level we can't actively have a connection with it yet, we can only feel it to draw energy from it. And the kind of energy you draw is based on the energy your body finds most suitable to use ." Tomi took a pause while closing her eyes to demonstrate what she meant and within a few seconds her body began giving off a faint glow of crimson energy before she opened her eyes that's now red in color before she continued her explanation."Everyone that has awakened can do this, what makes us different is how fast we can sense the cosmic energy from each other and how dense your energy is. The more you draw the more heavy load your body carries. And if you draw too much your body can explode, poof!" Tomi added as a warning. Everyone wants to be stronger than their opponents, and people sometimes get greedy. If you take too much of energy, your body simply overloads and you die and become supplement for the cosmos. After seeing that Dele understood the consequences of taking too much, Tomi continued her explanation."The trick now is to strengthen your body, although some people believe you need to have a deeper connection with the cosmos instead claiming that if you are more connected to the cosmos you will be able to draw pure undiluted energy that will be denser and it will have less burden on your body"."What about you, what sort of technique do you use?".
