Back in the Omek's domain, the space of identity-
"Hm hm hm...."
Omek chuckled knowingly as if finally invigorated to see something that he had long awaited for to happen.
He sat lazily oh his throne that glistened effortlessly so in the same way that Alex had left. It's material was a fine ghostly quartz that was waxed off with a thin glittery golden coating.
His robe exuded an effortless misty black aura that tinged off at the hint of power hiden behind his name and origins. More likely so... to this place as well.
And as before his head rested on his left arm as he sat lazily upon his throne.
His gaze was unwavering yet so dropped one mouth think that he was faster asleep. But unfortunately....
"You've already descended huh, boy?"
His focus was deeply fixed on a transparent orb, akin to a mirror, whose side that faced his face was filled with numerous swaying misty colours danced about as if showing him something.
And indeed they were for in his gaze in his pitch black marble eyes whose irises glimmed with a faint golden hue...
"Well, then... let's just 'pray' that there won't be any obstacles in your way... right?"
Vermur is seen running across the winding trails of the snowy terrain he stumbled upon.
But no sooner had Omek finished his statement than-
"RWAAAAAAR!"
A shrill horrific scream blared out from his orb.
He raised a brow and thought, 'Oh... was that too soon of an assumption?'
As the flashing images of Vermur, the blurry heavy blowing winds of the snowy terrain and a tall blurry and...
"HRAAAAAWR!"
"Well then, I guess every dream has to have the short end of its... so called everlasting 'stick.'"
Very very in human creature as the scene then shifts to Vermur's POV.
"HRAAAAAWR!"
"Huh?"
Thumb, thumb.
Vermur's footsteps stop in their hurried tracks as he looks over with squinted eyes and a heavy steamed breath that frantically left his mouth as he panted for air.
"What the heck did I just hear?"
'Hold up a minute, what's hearing?'
'Uhhhh!' He groaned in thought as he reminded himself of his earlier promise to himself but was abruptly interrupted by-
"RWAAAAR!"
The monstrous bellow that seemed closer to him than his clothes had ever felt present on his own body. And yes, which he barely even notices being there most of the time.
Hus attention quickly shifted back to his front as he his narrowee eyes keenly searched for what could be the source of that noise.
But for what his eyes searched for, could only met with the blurry and distant darkness of the trail that lain before him. Nothing paranormal of the sorts. At least nothing he needed to be worried about.
'Hmmm, not just yet... I gotta get in closer to make sure its safe to move forward for sure.'
Vermur thought as he then took at slow and light step forward with a slightly crouched back and head. As his arms lingered just in front of his body so that he could feel if there was anything before him. Whatever feeling was.
He stepped.
Step.
And stepped.
Step.
And stepped.
Step.
And paused-
Tug-
As he turned his head around slightly as he scanned for anything unusual or alien of the sorts. Again with whatever that meant.
After finishing his momentary scan of his surroundings he took another step forward.
Step.
With his hands still stretched out before himself so that he could feel if there was anything that lain before him.
He stepped again.
Step.
And felt nothing and so he moved on once more.
Step.
"Huh?"
But this time with this step, ge felt something rather..
"Wow, what's that?"
Fluffy of the sort. His hands had made contact with something. Something soft and fluffy. Something that looked grey and black at the same time within his squinted gaze.
Its was...
"Huh, what the heck is this?"
He said as he continued to ruffle his hands through the soft and fluffy material that lain before him.
He then wondered, 'Is this stuff attached to something?' As he pressed forward in it slightly.
"Huuuup. Yap, it won't budge. So this is attached to something, but..."
Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. In hale. Exhale. Inhale.
He mummured to himself in thought as he scratched the back the of his head slightly with his right hand after feeling something.
Exhale.
His ears finally twitched and his brows furrowed as his head slightly turned to his back as it paused its movements as if he wanted to get a better grip on the sound he just heard right now.
Inhale.
His breathe flinched.
Exhale.
And his thoughts lessened as his as the eerily unwelcome sensation of alterness took over without him even knowing what was going on. Could it be because of hear that his almost seemingly hollowed out mind finally caught attention to the occurrence of the situation around him or...
'Hmph.'
Could it be a the awakening of something that was once lost within him...
'I gotta look up, don't I?'
Finally coming back to where it belonged.
He clenched his fists until his knuckles turned a pale white and brown under the dim white blur if the blowing winds of thsi snowy terrain. He was unsure as to why he did so? Because he didn't do so because he was truly terrified of looking up to see what stood above, no. Rather his body did so as if there was supposed to be something that he was supposed to grip onto right now. Something... that could mist likely get him out the situation he was about to engage in.
His head and his gaze lovely slowly and slowly and slowly and slowly until they landed on something. Something more in human than a monster from a fairly tail and even more detached froma reality far more different from the one he knew, but oh good Lord could he really use his memories right about now?
Why?
Because whatever sensation and natural instincts had unconsciously awakened and reacted in his body right now... felt like as if they impartial tools...
"H-o-o...."
That were each missing an impartial part of them as well. Tools, tgat he needed or felt that he had to have in order to face this monster in this snowy terrain. Whatever that was.
