Running to the trespasser the guards stumbled on a rope not knowing where it came from the guards started to inspect the damaged rope little did they realize the trespasser was getting away.
"Get that criminal!", a guard yelled as he got up.
"We can't let him get away," By the time they got to the border the criminal had already gotten onto their side.
The criminal, knowing they were lucky to get over with their broken leg, ran far from the wall just to be found by his queen.
"What do you think you're doing at such a late time?", the queen said.
"I was just out for a walk, mother nothing to be worried ab-ow!", he said in pain.
"Josh you know not to lie to me I always know when you are lying and you know not to go to the other side of the wall.", the queen said as she wrapped Josh's injured leg.
"Well you know me I'm not going down without a fight.", Josh said in a half pained half brave-like
Voice.
"Well, you need to stop. Honestly, this is what gets you hurt. By being reckless this is not what a prince acts like. You know I'm only saying this because I care about you and your safety right?", The queen said in a concerned tone.
"I know," Josh said.
Annoyed by his mom he went to his room for bed. "I better not find out you cross the wall again or you'll be in major trouble now good night Josh," his mom says "Good night Mom," Josh says.
The next morning Josh decides to put knockout powder in his mom's breakfast so he can try to cross the wall and when his mom was knocked out he then snuck out.
Little did he know she had guards out to make sure he didn't sneak out again.
"Hey, you should not be sneaking out. The queen ordered us to keep you on the ground," The guards said. When Josh realized there were guards he started to freak out. He had no more knockout powder to use when he used it all on his mother.
"I-I'm just going out for a stroll y'know," Josh said "Well we ain't falling for it. You know your mom told us about your lies," The guards said with confidence in their eyes.
As Josh started to run the guards ran after him just like the guards on the other side of the wall did. "You know you're lucky to have a mom like that right," they said with awe "I know," Josh said. The guards escorted him to his room and went to report him to his mom.
When they got to his mom they saw her knocked out on the dinner table.

"oh my gosh Josh is in so much trouble when his mom wakes up," said the first guard.
"Yeah he is and he is not going to like it," Said the other guard. "Guys guys obviously he is in big trouble and yeah he is not going to like it but he doesn't realize how easy he has it," The lead guard said as they walked to their stations talking about how much trouble Josh was in. Later that night when Josh's mom woke up she became furious when she realized Josh gave her knockout powder to keep her from knowing he tried to cross the wall.
"When will he learn," she said disappointedly. She walked to his room and to her surprise he was actually in his room reading a book. He looked at her and smiled at the sight of her. "Hi Mom I know you may be mad but I'm being good right now and I'm just reading this book," he said. "What are you reading? Let me see it," She said. "Nah it's nothing," he said "No I need to Kn-.Ways to cross the wall! Josh, you are to be put in the dungeon until further notice," She said.
"But mom," he said "Ah ah ah no but momming me little mister," she said as she put Josh in the dungeon. "When has that ever worked on me," She walked away from the dungeon. When she left Josh got to work thinking about how to escape the castle.
He first decided to drill a hole in the wall and cover it up with a poster but that would be too loud.
Next, he thought to remove the toilet and dig it down but that would be messy.
Then when he was out of ideas he noticed the key.
Seeing it on the wall gave him an idea. He grabbed a stick and began to try and reach the key.
He was barely able to reach it when a guard started to come in.
Josh hid the key in his pocket to keep him from knowing he was trying to leave.
"Huh I could have sworn I left the keys in here maybe I left it in the break room," The guard said.
The guard left the room with a sigh of relief Josh began to unlock his cage.
"There we go," Josh said excitedly.
As he left the room he noticed a piece of chicken.
"I haven't eaten all day," he thought. When he was done eating he left for his room.
He packed to cross the border again but little did he know he was set up because the queen knew he was going to escape so they were ready for him at the wall.
He started to head for the wall when he realized he had not gone to the bathroom.
When he was done going to the bathroom he headed for the wall.
"Hello Josh," said the queen. Josh was surprised.
"H-how did you know I was coming," Josh said, scared of what might happen.

"Josh, I've known you since you were a baby. I'm not dumb," She said with a little anger in her eyes. She then grounded Josh for going against what she said.
"Now you think about what you've done and I don't want to see you out of this room until you're done thinking," She said in a serious tone.
"Ok," Josh said sadly. Little did his mom know he was actually going to stay in his room.
When his mom went to Josh's room she was surprised to see him asleep.
And to think he was going to escape again.
"He really is full of surprises," The queen thought to herself.
"Tomorrow he is definitely going to try and escape, I know it,"
But to her surprise, he was actually behaving himself.
"Good morning mom, what's for breakfast today," He asked
"We have pancakes, eggs, sausages, and bacon today. What would you like," she said.
"Hmm I think I want bacon, pancakes, and eggs please," he said thankfully.
"Wow he really is behaving himself," She thought "ok coming right up."
When Josh was done eating he went to the playground to help the little ones.
"Wow, when I thought he was behaving I didn't expect him to be this good," The Queen thought. Surprised at how good he was, she wondered if it was too good to be true.
"He will eventually try to cross I know it," but weeks passed and she grew worried for him because he was not acting normal at all.
"You ok Josh you're not acting like you used to at all," she said.
"Yea I'm fine I just did what you told me to," he said while doing the dishes.
Later that day he helped the afternoon-shifters with picking up the park.
Then when he was done he headed home for bed.
When he got in his bed he felt something hard he got up to check.
"Woah I did not expect Mom to do this," he said.
In his bed, there was a box, a note, and a cookie box.
He read the note first and inside he read,
"Dear Josh, Thank you for behaving. I honestly did not expect that but I guess you changed anyway. I wish you a happy birthday and hope you like what I got you.
Signed Mom," he then opened the cookie box and got a chocolate drizzle cookie before opening the box. When he opened the box he was surprised to see an iPhone and a charger for the phone "OMG thank you so much, Mom," he thought.
All he knew was he was going to cherish it forever.
